Claims (24)

前記低電力モードに対応して前記電源部をディスエーブルされるように制御し、第2高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに供給して前記ノーマルモードから前記低電力モードに転換するとき、前記ノーマルモードから前記低電力モードに転換される転換時間の長さを調節することにより、前記高電位電圧ラインに印加される電圧レベルが第1高電位電圧の電圧レベルから前記第2高電位電圧の電圧レベルに達する時間を変更するパネル駆動回路

- 前記第1スイッチに対応する抵抗は、前記第2スイッチに対応する抵抗より抵抗値が大きい、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ノーマルモードで一フレームの期間は、前記低電力モードで一フレームの期間より短い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1高電位電圧の電圧レベルが、前記第2高電位電圧の電圧レベルより高い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 複数のゲートライン、複数の高電位電圧ラインを含み、少なくとも前記複数のゲートライン、前記複数の高電位電圧ラインによりゲート信号と高電位電圧の伝達を受ける複数の画素を含む表示パネル;
前記高電位電圧ラインと連結され、ノーマルモードでイネーブルされて前記高電位電圧ラインに第1高電位電圧を供給し、低電力モードでディスエーブルされる電源部;及び
前記低電力モードに対応して前記電源部をディスエーブルされるように制御し、第2高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに供給して前記ノーマルモードを前記低電力モードに転換するとき、前記表示パネルの輝度変化値を設定し、前記輝度変化値に対応して前記ノーマルモードで輝度を前記低電力モードで輝度に変更することにより、輝度変更時間を調節するパネル駆動回路
を含む、表示装置。 - 前記パネル駆動回路は、前記低電力モードで前記電源部をディスエーブルし、前記高電位電圧ラインに供給する前記第2高電位電圧により発生する前記パネル駆動回路から前記高電位電圧ラインに流れる電流の量を調節して前記輝度変更時間を調節する、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記パネル駆動回路は、複数の経路の少なくとも一つの経路を選択して前記電流の量を調節するスイッチ部を含む、請求項12に記載の表示装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、
第1スイッチ信号によりターンオンされ、前記第2高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに伝達する第1スイッチ;
第2スイッチ信号によりターンオンされ、前記第2高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに伝達する第2スイッチ;及び
前記第1スイッチ信号と前記第2スイッチ信号の出力時点を調節して出力することにより、前記電流の量を調節されるようにするロジック部
を含む、請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 前記スイッチ部は、第1スイッチ、第2スイッチ、第3スイッチ、ダイオードと、前記第1スイッチを制御する第1スイッチ信号と、前記第2スイッチ及び前記第3スイッチを制御する第2スイッチ信号を出力するロジック部を含み、
前記第1スイッチは、第1電極が前記第2高電位電圧が入力される入力端に連結され、第2電極が前記第3スイッチの第1電極及び前記ダイオードのアノード電極に連結され、ゲート電極が前記第1スイッチ信号の伝達を受け、
前記第2スイッチは、前記第1スイッチと並列に連結され、第1電極が前記入力端に連結され、第2電極が前記第3スイッチの第1電極及び前記ダイオードのアノード電極に連結され、ゲート電極が前記第2スイッチ信号の伝達を受け、
前記ダイオードは、アノード電極が前記第1スイッチ及び前記第2スイッチの第2電極と連結され、カソード電極が前記第1ノードの間に連結され、
前記第3スイッチは、前記ダイオードと並列に連結されて、第1電極が前記第1スイッチ及び前記第2スイッチの第2電極と連結され、第2電極が前記第1ノードと連結され、ゲート電極が前記第2スイッチ信号の伝達を受け、
前記ロジック部は、前記第1スイッチ信号と前記第2スイッチ信号の出力時点を調節して出力することにより、前記電流の量を調節するロジック部を含む、請求項13に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ロジック部は、
入力される第1論理信号をインバーティングして前記第1スイッチ信号を出力するインバータ;及び
入力される前記第1論理信号と第2論理信号をNAND演算して前記第2スイッチ信号を出力するNANDゲートを含む、請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1スイッチに対応する抵抗は、前記第2スイッチに対応する抵抗より抵抗値が大きい、請求項14に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1スイッチに対応する抵抗は、前記第2スイッチに対応する抵抗より抵抗値が大きい、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ノーマルモードで一フレームの期間は、前記低電力モードで一フレームの期間より短い、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 表示パネルの高電位電圧ラインにノーマルモードと低電力モードによって選択的に異なる大きさの電圧を伝達する表示装置の駆動方法であって、
前記ノーマルモードで第1高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに伝達するステップ;及び
前記低電力モードで前記第1高電位電圧を遮断し、第2高電位電圧を前記高電位電圧ラインに伝達して前記表示パネルの高電位電圧ラインに印加される電圧を前記第1高電位電圧から前記第2高電位電圧に転換し、前記第1高電位電圧から前記第2高電位電圧に転換される転換時間の長さを調節することにより、前記高電位電圧ラインに印加される電圧レベルが第1高電位電圧の電圧レベルから前記第2高電位電圧の電圧レベルに達する時間を変更するステップ
を含む、表示装置の駆動方法。 - 前記第2高電位電圧により発生する前記高電位電圧ラインに流れる電流の流れを調節して前記転換時間を調節する、請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記電流の流れは、前記第2高電位電圧の入力端と前記高電位電圧ラインとの間の抵抗比を調節することにより調節される、請求項21に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記ノーマルモードで一フレームの期間は、前記低電力モードで一フレームの期間より短い、請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
- 前記第1高電位電圧の電圧レベルが、前記第2高電位電圧の電圧レベルより高い、請求項20に記載の表示装置の駆動方法。
