Abstract
【解決手段】積層コイル部品1は、軟磁性金属粉を含む素体2と、素体2内に配置されたコイル20と、を備え、コイル20は、Z方向で互いに離間して隣り合い且つ互いに電気的に接続されている複数のコイル導体21〜26を含んでおり、Z方向から見てコイル20の内側に位置する軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径は、Z方向で互いに隣り合っている各コイル導体21〜26の間に位置する軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径よりも大きい。

Description
図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る積層コイル部品の全体的な構成を説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る積層コイル部品を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す積層コイル部品の分解斜視図である。図3は、図1に示すIII-III線に沿った積層コイル部品の断面図である。図2の分解斜視図では、素体内に含まれる複数のコイル導体21〜26を実線で示し、コイル導体21〜26間に位置する低透磁率部31〜35を一点鎖線で示しており、その他の構成の図示を省略している。
次に、図5を参照して、第2実施形態に係る積層コイル部品について説明する。なお、第2実施形態に係る積層コイル部品1Aは、第1実施形態に係る積層コイル部品1と同様の要素や構造を備えている。そのため、第1実施形態に係る積層コイル部品1と同様の要素や構造には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略し、第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。

- 軟磁性金属粉を含む素体と、
前記素体内に配置されたコイルと、
を備え、
前記コイルは、第一方向で互いに離間して隣り合い且つ互いに電気的に接続されている複数の内部導体を含んでおり、
前記第一方向から見て前記コイルの内側に位置する前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径は、前記第一方向で互いに隣り合っている各前記内部導体の間に位置する前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径よりも大きい、積層コイル部品。 - 前記第一方向から見て前記コイルの外側に位置する前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径は、前記第一方向で互いに隣り合っている各前記内部導体の間に位置する前記軟磁性金属粉の平均粒子径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記第一方向で互いに隣り合っている各前記内部導体の間に位置する前記軟磁性金属粉の最大粒子径は、前記第一方向で互いに隣り合っている各前記内部導体の間の距離よりも小さい、請求項1又は2に記載の積層コイル部品。
