Claims (9)
- ポリマーブレンドを含むフィルムであって、
0.905g/cc以下の密度を有する低密度オレフィン系プラストマーまたはエラストマー90〜95重量%と、
高モジュラス非晶質ポリマー5〜10重量%と、を含み、
10,000cc/m2.日以上の酸素透過率(OTR)を示す、ポリマーブレンドを含むフィルム。 - 前記高モジュラス非晶質ポリマーが、60℃以上のTgを有する環状オレフィンコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、1ミルの厚さを有し、ASTM D882に従って測定した60MPa以上の2%割線モジュラスCDを示す、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルムを含む、包装材。
- 前記包装材が非冷凍魚包装材である、請求項4に記載の包装材。
- フィルムインフレーションプロセス及びフィルム流延プロセスのうちの1つ以上による請求項1に記載の組成物からのフィルムの形成を含む、請求項1に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルムから前記パウチを形成することであって、前記パウチが開放側を有する、形成することと、
前記パウチに製品を充填することと、
前記パウチの前記開放側を密封して、包装材を形成することと、を含む、包装材の製造及び充填方法。 - 前記形成、充填及び密封が、縦型製袋包装機を使用して実施される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記形成、充填及び密封が、横型製袋包装機を使用して実施される、請求項7に記載の方法。
