Abstract
Description
(a)脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、(b)少なくとも2つのイソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する化合物、(c)触媒、(d)酸化防止剤及び/又は光安定剤、及び任意に(e)発泡剤、及び助剤及び/又は追加物質を混合して反応混合物を提供し、反応混合物の反応を完成させてポリウレタンを提供し、ポリウレタンガスケットのショアA硬度が90より小さく、その密度が少なくとも850g/Lであり、前記イソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する化合物が、b1)2〜4の官能価及び20〜100mg KOH/gのヒドロキシ価を有するポリエーテルオール、b2)180mg KOH/gより小さいOH価及び2〜3より大きい官能価を有する疎水性ポリオール、およびb3)鎖延長剤を含む。
エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール又はブタンジオールなどの二価アルコール、グリセロール又はトリメチロールプロパンなどの三価アルコール、ペンタエリスリトールなどの多価アルコール、スクロース、グルコース又はソルビトールなどの糖アルコール、並びに、ビスフェノールA、ビスフェノールF又はビスフェノールSなどの芳香族ジオールが挙げれる。ここでは、出発分子は、得られるポリエーテルオールb1)の平均官能価が2〜4、好ましくは2.2〜3.0、特に2.5〜2.9であるように選択される。使用される出発分子は、三官能性化合物、特にトリメチロールプロパン又はグリセロール、特にグリセロールであることが好ましい。
ポリオール1:35mg KOH/gのOH価、総質量に基づいて13質量%のエチレンオキシド含有量及び85質量%のプロピレンオキシド含有量、並びに、2.7の官能価を有し、スターターとしてのグリセロールを有し、エチレンオキシド及びプロピレンオキシドをベースとするポリエーテルオール。

前記ポリウレタンガスケットのショアA硬度が90より小さく、その密度が少なくとも850g/Lであり、前記イソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する化合物が、b1)2〜4の官能価及び20〜100mg KOH/gのヒドロキシ価を有するポリエーテルオール、b2)180mg KOH/gより小さいOH価及び2〜3より大きい官能価を有する疎水性ポリオール、並びに、b3)鎖延長剤を含む、方法。 - 前記脂肪族ポリイソシアネート(a)が、モノマーイソホロンジイソシアネート及び三量体イソホロンジイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルオールb1)のヒドロキシ価が25〜50mg KOH/gである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルオールb1)が、アルキレンオキシドとして、エチレンオキシドユニット及びプロピレンオキシドユニットを有し、エチレンオキシドユニットの割合が、前記ポリエーテルポリオールb1)中のアルキレンオキシドの総質量に基づいて30質量%より小さく、第1級OH基の割合が、前記ポリエーテルポリオールb1)中のOH基の数に基づいて70%より大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性ポリオールb2)が、ヒマシ油、脱水ヒマシ油、又はヒマシ油若しくは脱水ヒマシ油のアルコキシル化生成物を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性ポリオールb2)が、ヒマシ油、脱水ヒマシ油、又はヒマシ油若しくは脱水ヒマシ油のアルコキシル化生成物を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記鎖延長剤b3)が脂肪族結合のOH基を有し、そのモル質量が160g/mol未満である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのイソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する前記化合物(b)が、化合物b1)〜b3)に加えて、さらに、イソシアネートに対して官能性を有する基としての、150g/mol未満のモル質量、及び2〜3の平均官能価を有する化合物b4)を含み、官能基が−NH2、−NH−及び−OH基から選択され、前記官能基少なくとも1つが−NH2基又は−NH−基である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのイソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する前記化合物(b)が、化合物b1)〜b3)及び任意のb4)に加えて、さらに、800〜6000g/molのモル質量、及び2〜4の官能価、並びに、イソシアネートに対して官能性を有する基としての、−NH2、−NH−及び−OH基から選択される官能基を有する化合物b5)を含み、前記官能基少なくとも1つが−NH2基である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのイソシアナートに対して反応性の基を有する前記化合物(b)が、化合物b1)〜b3)、及び任意のb4)及びb5)に加えて、さらに、400g/mol未満のモル質量、及び3〜6のヒドロキシ官能価を有する化合物b6)を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 使用される触媒が排他的にアミン触媒である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分b1)〜b6)の総質量に基づいて、成分b1)の割合が50〜90質量%であり、成分b2)の割合が5〜25質量%であり、成分b3)の割合が1〜7質量%であり、成分b4)の割合が0〜5質量%であり、成分b5)の割合が0〜15質量%であり、成分b6)の割合が0〜5質量%である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(a)〜(f)の混合比が、イソシアネート指数が90〜120であるような比である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られるポリウレタンガスケット。
- 請求項14に記載のポリウレタンガスケットを、ゴムと接触させて使用する方法。
- 請求項15に記載のポリウレタンガスケットを、グレイジング用のガスケットとして使用する方法。
