- 充電インタフェースと移動端末のバッテリー(電池)の間に配置される充電回路であって、
第一回路と、磁気結合素子と、第二回路と、を含み、
前記第一回路と、前記磁気結合素子と、前記第二回路は、順次に前記充電インタフェースと前記バッテリーの間に直列に接続され、
前記第一回路は、前記充電インタフェースから第一電流を受け、前記第一電流を変化した大きさ及び/又は方向を有する第二電流に転換するように構成され、
前記磁気結合素子は、第一コイルと、第二コイルとを含み、
前記第一コイルを前記第一回路に接続し、前記第二コイルを前記第二回路に接続し、前記充電回路の直流(DC)電流路を切断するように、前記第一コイルと前記第二コイルとが互いに離隔され、
前記磁気結合素子は、第三電流を生成するために、変化した大きさ及び/又は方向を有する前記第二電流を利用することにより、電磁誘導の仕方で前記第一コイルから前記第二コイルまでエネルギーを転換するように構成され、
前記第二電流は、前記第三電流を、バッテリーを充電するように前記バッテリーの充電に適している第四電流に調整するように構成される。 - 前記第一回路は、ハーフブリッジ回路と、前記ハーフブリッジ回路を制御する制御回路と、を含み、
前記ハーフブリッジ回路は、第一スイッチトランジスタと、第二スイッチトランジスタと、を含み、
前記第一スイッチトランジスタは、前記充電インタフェースに接続されるように構成される第一端と、前記第一コイルの第一端に接続される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有し、
前記第二スイッチトランジスタは、前記第一スイッチトランジスタの第二端に接続される第一端と、接地されるように構成される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有し、
前記第一コイルは接地されるように構成される第二端を有する、請求項1に記載の充電回路。 - 前記第一回路は、フルブリッジ回路と、前記フルブリッジ回路を制御する制御回路と、を含み、
前記フルブリッジ回路は、第一スイッチトランジスタと、第二スイッチトランジスタと、第三スイッチトランジスタと、第四スイッチトランジスタと、を含み、
前記第一スイッチトランジスタは、前記充電インタフェースに接続されるように構成される第一端と、前記第一コイルの第二端に接続される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有し、
前記第二スイッチトランジスタは、前記第一スイッチトランジスタの第二端に接続される第一端と、接地されるように構成される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有し、
前記第三スイッチトランジスタは、前記充電インタフェースに接続されるように構成される第一端と、前記第一コイルの第一端に接続される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有し、
前記第四スイッチトランジスタは、前記第三スイッチトランジスタの第二端に接続される第一端と、接地されるように構成される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を有する、請求項1に記載の充電回路。 - 前記第一回路は、スイッチトランジスタと、前記スイッチトランジスタを制御する制御回路と、を含み、
前記スイッチトランジスタは、前記充電インタフェースに接続されるように構成される第一端と、前記第一コイルの第一端に接続される第二端と、前記制御回路に接続される制御端と、を含み、
前記第一コイルは、接地されるように構成される第二端と、を有する、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の充電回路。 - 前記第一回路における前記スイッチトランジスタは、金属酸化物半導体電界效果トランジスタ(MOSFET)である、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の充電回路。
- 前記第二回路は、整流回路とフィルタ回路とを含む、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の充電回路。
- 移動端末は、充電インタフェースと、バッテリーと、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項の記載に従う充電回路と、を含み、
前記充電回路は、前記充電インタフェースと前記バッテリーの間に配置される。 - 前記充電インタフェースはUSBインタフェースである、請求項7に記載の移動端末。
- 前記バッテリーはリチウムバッテリーである、請求項7または8に記載の移動端末。
- 前記移動端末は、通常充電モード及び急速充電モードをサポートし、前記急速充電モードにおける充電電流は前記通常充電モードにおける充電電流より大きい、請求項7〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の移動端末。
