Claims (18)
- 包装スリーブ(10)を誘導加熱するための装置であって、
− 少なくとも1つの交流発生用ユニット(21)と、
− 少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)を有する少なくとも1つのインダクタ(20、20A、20B)と、
− 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)を取り付けるための正面側保持領域(19A)および裏面側保持領域(19B)を有する保持ユニット(19)と、
を備え、
− 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)は、前記交流発生用ユニット(21)に接続され、
− 前記正面側保持領域(19A)および前記裏面側保持領域(19B)は、前記保持領域(19A、19B)の間に間隙(S)が形成されるように、配置され、前記間隙(S)の長手方向(Xs)は前記包装スリーブ(10)の搬送方向(T)に相当する、
装置において、
前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の前記有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記間隙(S)内に位置する中心面(31)を基準に互いに非対称に配置される、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)が前記正面側保持領域(19A)および前記裏面側保持領域(19B)にそれぞれ割り当てられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の前記正面側有効区間(24A、24A’)と前記裏面側有効区間(24B、24B’)との間に生じる高さの食い違い(26、26’、26A、26B)、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記高さの食い違い(26、26’、26A、26B)は、0.5mmと10mmの間の範囲内、特に2mmと4mmの間の範囲内、である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の前記有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)は直線状に形成され、前記包装スリーブ(10)の前記搬送方向(T)に平行に延びる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのインダクタ(20、20A、20B)は、前記間隙(S)を跨ぐブリッジ(25)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)は、冷却用流路(27、27A、27B)が組み込まれた中空断面材として形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)がコンセントレータ(28、28A、28B)によって包囲される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)が突出部(29A、29B)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの保持領域(19A、19B)が前記中心面(31)に対して5°と30°の間の範囲内、特に10°と25°の間の範囲内、の角度(α、β)に傾斜する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 各インダクタ(20A、20B)が交流発生用ユニット(21)に接続される、少なくとも2つのインダクタ(20A、20B)、を特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記包装スリーブ(10)を収容するための複数のセル(18)を有するコンベアベルト(17)、を特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記包装スリーブ(10)の前記ゲーブル形状を調整するための案内機構、を特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 包装スリーブ(10)を誘導加熱するための方法であって、
a)包装スリーブ(10)を誘導加熱するための、少なくとも1つの有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)を有する少なくとも1つのインダクタ(20、20A、20B)を有する装置を設けるステップと、
b)導電性面域を有する包装スリーブ(10)を設けるステップと、
c)交流電磁場を発生させるステップと、
を含む方法において、
前記間隙(S)内に位置する中心面(31)を基準に互いに非対称に配置された前記インダクタ(20、20A、20B)の有効区間(24A、24A’、24B、24B’)が前記交流電磁場を発生させる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の装置(16)がステップa)で設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記交流電磁場を発生させるために、電圧20Vと1000Vの間、特に120Vと280Vの間、の範囲内の直流電圧が使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 周波数が30kHzと2000kHzの間、特に100kHzと500kHzの間、好ましくは100kHzと250kHzの間、の範囲内である交流電磁場を発生させる、ことを特徴とする請求項14〜16の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- d)前記装置(16)に対して前記包装スリーブ(10)を移動させるステップ、を特徴とする請求項14〜17の何れか一項に記載の方法。
