Abstract
Description
該接着層上に基材を接合する段階と、
該基材上に透明電極積層体を形成する段階とを含み、
前記接着層の形成後又は前記基材の接合後に前記接着層に熱を加えて前記ガラスの凸部を伸ばす、薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
ガラス両面の強化層が10μmの厚さ差を有するようにガラスを強化し、図1に示すように、一側に凸となっており、且つ長軸方向に弓形球状である厚さ0.7mmの化学強化ガラスを製造した。製造されたガラスを凸部が下を向くようにして平らな床に置いたとき、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さは800μmであった。
接着剤の塗布後に150℃の熱を30分間加えた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により積層体を製造した。
ガラス両面の強化層が45μmの厚さ差を有するようにガラスを強化し、凸部が下を向くようにして平らな床に置いたとき、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さが6,200μmの化学強化ガラスを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により積層体を製造した。
ガラス両面の強化層が1μmの厚さ差を有するようにガラスを強化し、凸部が下を向くようにして平らな床に置いたとき、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さが100μmの化学強化ガラスを製造した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により積層体を製造した。
ガラス両面の強化層が10μmの厚さ差を有するようにガラスを強化し、図1に示すように、一側に凸となっており、且つ両方向に弓形球状である厚さ0.7mmの化学強化ガラスを製造した。製造したガラスを凸部が下を向くようにして平らな床に置いたとき、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さは800μmであった。
基材の接着後に320℃の熱を30分間加えた以外は、実施例5と同様の方法により積層体を製造した。
反っていない厚さ0.7mmの化学強化ガラスの一面にハードコート層形成用組成物を塗布し、150℃の熱を10分間加えた。これにより、凸部を下に向けるようにして平らな床に置いたとき、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さが800μmのガラスを製造した。
反っていない厚さ0.7mmの化学強化ガラスの一面に水系接着剤組成物を厚さ25μmに塗布し、厚さ50μmのポリイミドフィルムを接合した。
実施例及び比較例のガラスを凸面が下を向くようにして床に置いたときの、床からガラスに接する最高点までの高さ(図3のh)を測定した。その結果を下記表1に示す。

Claims (10)
- 弓形球状のガラスの凸部に接着層を形成する段階と、
該接着層上に基材を接合する段階と、
該基材上に透明電極積層体を形成する段階とを含み、
前記接着層の形成後又は前記基材の接合後に前記接着層に熱を加えて前記ガラスの凸部を伸ばす、薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。 - 前記弓形球状のガラスは、一側に凸となっており、多方向の弓形球状である、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスは、無アルカリガラス、ソーダライムガラス又は化学強化ガラスである、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記化学強化ガラスは、強化層の厚さが1〜45μmである、請求項3に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスは、凸面が下を向くようにして床に置いたとき、該床から該ガラスに接する最高点までの高さが100〜6,000μmである、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着層の形成後の加熱は、60〜300℃の温度で60〜1,800秒間行われる、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記基材の接合後の加熱は、60〜300℃の温度で60〜1,800秒間行われる、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着層の形成前にガラスの一面に絶縁層またはハードコート層形成用組成物を塗布し、熱を加えて、前記ガラスを弓形球状にする段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記接着層の形成前にガラスの両面の強化層の厚さが異なるように該ガラスを化学強化し、前記ガラスを弓形球状にする段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記透明電極積層体が形成された基材を前記接着層から剥離する段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の薄膜タッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
