Abstract
Description
本発明の一具現例は、内部水分吸収性を有する第1発泡層、及び外部水分遮断性を有する第2発泡層の積層構造を含み、前記第1発泡層及び前記第2発泡層は、生分解性高分子を含む食品包装用発泡トレーを提供する。
本発明の他の具現例は、生分解性高分子を約50重量%〜約90重量%含む第1発泡層製造用組成物を準備するステップ;生分解性高分子を約95重量%〜約100重量%含む第2発泡層製造用組成物を準備するステップ;前記第1発泡層製造用組成物を第1押出機に注入し、前記第2発泡層製造用組成物を第2押出機に注入するステップ;前記第1発泡層製造用組成物及び第2発泡層製造用組成物を連続発泡押出させ、それぞれ第1発泡層及び第2発泡層を製造すると同時に、前記第1発泡層及び第2発泡層を積層するステップを含む食品包装用発泡トレーの製造方法を提供する。
実施例1
コーンスターチ(三養ジェネックス社)を20重量%含み、ポリ乳酸(NatureWorks社)を80重量%含む第1発泡層と、ポリ乳酸(NatureWorks社)を100重量%含む第2発泡層の積層構造を含む発泡トレーを製造した。
第1発泡層がポリ乳酸100重量%を含むことを除いては、実施例1と同一の発泡トレーを製造した。
ポリスチレン(錦湖石油化学社)100重量%を含む単一層の発泡トレーを製造した。
ポリスチレン(錦湖石油化学社)100重量%を含む第1発泡層と、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂100重量%を含む第2発泡層の積層構造を含む発泡トレーを製造した。
実験例1:水分吸収率の測定
前記実施例及び比較例の発泡トレーを50℃のオーブンで24時間乾燥し、その後、重量を測定して「水分吸収前の重量」を導出した。次いで、発泡トレーを常温の水中に12時間含浸させて水を吸収させた後、「水分吸収後の重量」を測定した。次いで、下記一般式により水分吸収率を導出し、表1に示した。

Claims (15)
- 内部水分吸収性を有する第1発泡層、及び外部水分遮断性を有する第2発泡層の積層構造を含み、前記第1発泡層及び前記第2発泡層は、生分解性高分子を含む、食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第1発泡層は、前記生分解性高分子を50重量%〜90重量%含み、澱粉を10重量%〜50重量%含む、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記澱粉は、コーンスターチ、小麦澱粉、甘藷澱粉、米澱粉、馬鈴薯澱粉、タピオカ澱粉、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項2に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第2発泡層は、前記生分解性高分子を95重量%〜100重量%含む、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記生分解性高分子は、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)、ポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)、ポリブチレンアジペート−co−ブチレンサクシネート(PBSA)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、ポリヒドロキシブチレートバリレート(PHBV)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリグリコール酸(PGA)、ポリ(エステル−アミド)(PEA)、ポリ(エステル−ウレタン)(PEU)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第1発泡層及び第2発泡層は、同一の生分解性高分子を含む、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第1発泡層は、厚さが1mm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第2発泡層は、厚さが1mm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第1発泡層は、独立気泡率が50%〜80%である、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 前記第2発泡層は、独立気泡率が70%〜95%である、請求項1に記載の食品包装用発泡トレー。
- 生分解性高分子を50重量%〜90重量%含む第1発泡層製造用組成物を準備するステップ;生分解性高分子を95重量%〜100重量%含む第2発泡層製造用組成物を準備するステップ;前記第1発泡層製造用組成物を第1押出機に注入し、前記第2発泡層製造用組成物を第2押出機に注入するステップ;前記第1発泡層製造用組成物及び第2発泡層製造用組成物を連続発泡押出させ、それぞれ第1発泡層及び第2発泡層を製造すると同時に、前記第1発泡層及び第2発泡層を積層するステップを含む、食品包装用発泡トレーの製造方法。
- 前記第1発泡層製造用組成物は、さらに、澱粉を10重量%〜50重量%含む、請求項11に記載の食品包装用発泡トレーの製造方法。
- 前記第1発泡層製造用組成物及び第2発泡層製造用組成物は、さらに、発泡剤を1重量%〜5重量%含む、請求項11に記載の食品包装用発泡トレーの製造方法。
- 前記第1発泡層製造用組成物及び第2発泡層製造用組成物は、同一の生分解性高分子を含む、請求項11に記載の食品包装用発泡トレーの製造方法。
