Abstract
Description
(1)両発光面の光度が一致しないことと、
(2)両発光面の発光光度が個別に制御できないことである。
透明の基板1に第1透明電極4が作成され、
第1透明電極4に反射電極層が作成され、
塗布、露光、現像、エッチングなどの工程により、反射電極層の部分区域がエッチングされ、残りの部分が反射電極2を形成し、
反射電極2のエッジ位置がエッチングされて、反射電極2と第1透明電極4の接続部分が切断され、
反射電極2と第1透明電極4の間に切断された位置に絶縁材料が充填され、絶縁層3が形成され、
第1透明電極4と反射電極2に有機機能層5が蒸着され、
有機機能層5に第2透明電極6が作成され、本実施例の透明OLED素子が得られる。
Claims (10)
- 複数の画素を含み、各画素は有機機能層を含み、前記有機機能層の両側にそれぞれに第1透明電極と第2透明電極が設けられている透明OLED素子であって、前記有機機能層の一側に、さらに面積が前記有機機能層の面積より小さい反射電極が設けられていることを特徴とする透明OLED素子。
- 前記反射電極が前記第1透明電極と前記有機機能層の間に配置され、前記反射電極と前記第1透明電極の間に絶縁層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記反射電極の面積は前記有機機能層の面積の10%−50%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 一方向に隣接する画素の間の反射電極が互いに電気的に接続され、前記反射電極が両端にある画素から引き出され、電源に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記反射電極は前記第1透明電極と同じ側にあり、前記第1透明電極と並列配置され、前記反射電極と前記第1透明電極の間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記隙間に絶縁材料が充填されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記第2透明電極は二つの部分に分かれ、その一部分が前記反射電極に対向設置し、他の部分が前記第1透明電極に対向設置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記第1透明電極は陽極であり、第2透明電極が陰極であり、あるいは、前記第1透明電極は陰極であり、第2透明電極が陽極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 前記第1透明電極の可視光周波数帯での平均光透過率は50%−95%の範囲にあり、前記第2透明電極の可視光周波数帯での平均光透過率は5%−95%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明OLED素子。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の透明OLED素子を含む有機発光表示装置。
