Description

The present invention relates to a stove burner that is exposed from a top plate of a stove and heats a pan on the virtues, and a stove provided with the burner.

A burner for a stove that is provided on a stove and that heats a pot on a virtue provided on the top plate of the stove is generally a burner cap on a burner head that is connected to a mixing tube that mixes fuel gas and primary air. Is placed. The burner head has a peripheral wall that rises in a cylindrical shape along the outer peripheral edge, a distribution chamber that communicates with the mixing tube is formed inside the peripheral wall, and the annular upper end surface of the peripheral wall is the seat surface of the burner cap. Has been.

A hanging annular wall is formed on the entire outer periphery of the burner cap. A plurality of grooves are provided in the annular wall at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of flame openings are formed when the annular wall of the burner cap is seated on the seating surface of the peripheral wall of the burner head.

However, when spilled sap overflows from the pan etc. onto the burner cap, the simmered broth may enter the burner head from the flame outlet. Therefore, conventionally, a seat surface on which the burner cap is placed is known as an inclined surface that gradually increases toward the center of the burner head (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this case, a flame passage for rising toward the flame mouth at the outer end penetrates in the vicinity of the upper end of the annular wall, and a boiled return groove is formed on the lower surface of the annular wall.

However, if the spilling from the pan is intense, the broth will flow vigorously toward the inner center of the burner head due to entering the inside of the flame outlet, etc., which causes the problem that the broth enters the distribution chamber or mixing tube. there were.

In view of this, the present applicant has previously proposed a stove burner that prevents the broth from entering the distribution chamber or the mixing tube (see Patent Document 2).

By the way, it is well known that when a pan on the virtues is heated with a burner on the stove, the pan can be heated most efficiently by making the flame of the burner strike from the bottom in a posture that is nearly vertical to the bottom of the pan. is there.

Although each flame mouth of the above-mentioned burner of Patent Document 2 opens upward from the inclined upper surface of the burner cap and extends radially, the outer peripheral edge of the burner cap has a configuration that continues to a portion that opens horizontally. Yes.

For this reason, the flame formed at each flame mouth is formed in a radial direction from the outer periphery of the burner cap, particularly in the case of a strong fire, and the flame hits the bottom of the pan diagonally, so that sufficient heating efficiency cannot be obtained. There was an inconvenience.

In view of the above points, the present invention provides a stove burner and a stove that can obtain high heating efficiency with respect to an object to be heated while preventing blockage of a gas flow path due to intrusion of boiled juice from a flame outlet. Objective.

In order to achieve such an object, the stove burner of the present invention includes a mixing tube that mixes fuel gas and primary air to generate a mixed gas, and a mixed gas distribution chamber that communicates downstream of the mixing tube. A burner head, and a burner cap formed on the burner head and formed with a plurality of flame openings for forming a flame by a mixed gas supplied from the distribution chamber, the burner cap being arranged from the outer peripheral edge to the central portion The upper surface of each flame outlet is formed in an umbrella shape having an inclined surface that gradually increases toward the upper surface, and each flame outlet is located at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the burner cap. The distribution chamber is formed in an annular shape, opened upward, and opposed to the lower surface of the burner cap on the center side of each flame port.

According to the present invention, since the flame opening is provided on the upper surface of the burner cap formed in an umbrella shape at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral edge of the burner cap, the flame opening opens upward and the flame faces upward. It is formed. Therefore, since the flame hits the object to be heated above the flame opening substantially perpendicularly, high heating efficiency can be obtained for the object to be heated.

In addition, the flame outlet is not located directly above the upwardly open portion of the annular distribution chamber, and even if the broth flows down from the flame into the burner, it does not enter the distribution chamber.

In the stove burner of the present invention, it is preferable that the burner cap has a raised portion that rises from the upper surface of the burner cap along the inner peripheral edge of each flame port. According to this, when the broth spills from the pan or the like onto the upper surface of the burner cap, the broth cannot enter the flame outlet unless it passes over the raised portion, so that the penetration of the broth into the flame mouth can be suppressed. it can.

In the stove burner of the present invention, it is preferable that the burner cap includes a cylindrical portion extending downward from the entire inner peripheral edge of each flame mouth. In the unlikely event that the broth enters from the flame outlet, the broth is guided along the inner surface of the tubular portion and directly under the flame opening and smoothly drained at the lower edge of the tubular portion. Thereby, the broth does not move along the lower surface of the burner cap, and the broth can be surely prevented from entering the distribution chamber or the mixing tube.

Moreover, in the stove burner of the present invention, it is preferable that a receiving portion for receiving an intruding substance falling through each flame port is provided in a region including at least immediately below each flame port of the burner cap.

According to this, not only is it possible to receive a relatively large amount of boiled juice that has flowed down from the flame outlet (invaders that have fallen through the flame mouth) by the receiving part, but also by removing the receiving part and cleaning and cleaning the burner Can be kept clean.

At this time, the receiving portion further includes a cylindrical upright wall formed so as to stand up from the outer peripheral edge over the entire circumference, and the upright wall is airtight on the lower surface side of the burner cap over the entire circumference. It is preferable to abut. According to this, the sealability between the burner cap and the burner head can be obtained at the outer position of the flame mouth (outer peripheral edge side of the burner cap), and the flow of fuel gas from the distribution chamber toward the flame mouth can be surely formed. Can do.

Further, the present invention provides a stove comprising the above-described stove burner, a top plate in which a burner opening corresponding to the stove burner is formed, and a casing whose upper surface is covered by the top plate. The burner cap of the burner has a larger outer diameter than the burner opening, and the burner opening of the top plate is entirely covered with the burner cap.

According to the present invention, the burner opening of the top plate is covered with the burner cap formed in an umbrella shape, so that foreign matter enters from the burner opening into the stove (for example, the broth from the burner opening to the stove inside) Inflow can be prevented.

Further, in the stove of the present invention, a virtues are placed on the top plate so as to surround the burner opening, and the burner cap is engaged with at least a part of the virtues on the outer peripheral edge thereof. It is preferable to provide a joint.

Since the positioning of the virtues with respect to the burner cap is surely performed by the engaging portion, not only can the heated portion such as a pan be stably placed, but also, for example, the virtues when the misalignment between the virtues and the burner cap occurs. A decrease in heating efficiency due to the burning of the nail can be reliably prevented.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Although the casing of the stove of the present embodiment is not shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. 1, the virtue 2 is placed on the top plate 1, and the stove burner 3 is placed at a position where the virtue 2 surrounds. I have.

As shown in FIG. 2, the stove burner 3 includes a mixing tube 4, a burner head 5, and a burner cap 6. The mixing tube 4 takes in the primary air for combustion together with the fuel gas ejected from a gas nozzle (not shown) to generate a mixed gas. A burner head 5 is integrally provided downstream of the mixing tube 4.

The burner head 5 is disposed corresponding to the burner opening 1a formed in the top plate 1, and is supported by a stove body (not shown) via a support member.

The burner head 5 includes an outer wall 51 and an inner wall 52, and an annular distribution chamber 7 is formed between both side walls. The distribution chamber 7 includes an open portion 71 that is annularly opened upward along the inner wall 52. The open portion 71 includes a guide wall 54 that rises from the inner edge of the upper wall 53 that covers the substantially outer half of the upper surface of the distribution chamber 7. The distribution chamber 7 communicates downstream of the mixing tube 4 to distribute the mixed gas in an annular shape, and then guides and diffuses the mixed gas upward along the guide wall 54 of the opening 71. An annular tray member 8 (receiving portion), which will be described later, is placed on the upper wall 53.

A burner cap 6 is attached to the upper part of the burner head 5. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the burner cap 6 is formed in an umbrella shape having an inclined surface that gradually increases from the outer peripheral edge toward the center. A plurality of flame openings 9 are formed on the upper surface of the burner cap 6 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The flame port 9 has a shape of a long hole along the radial direction of the burner cap 6, and has a predetermined distance from the outer edge of the burner cap 6 (in this embodiment, a distance larger than the longitudinal dimension of the flame port 9). Open upward at the specified position.

In this way, the flame port 9 provided in the burner cap 6 is opened upward at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral edge of the burner cap 6, and the flame formed from the flame port 9 is in an upright state. Hit the bottom of the pot (not shown) placed on Gotoku 2 with a close posture. Thereby, a heating efficiency is high compared with what the flame formed diagonally toward an outer side hits a pan bottom.

Further, a central cylindrical wall 61 that forms a circular space extending downward is continuously provided at the center of the burner cap 6. The central cylindrical wall 61 is in airtight contact with the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical wall 52a that is provided with an inner wall 52 extending radially inward and continuous downward, thereby preventing mixed gas from leaking.

As shown in FIG. 2, the flame port 9 is formed at a position outside the open portion 71 of the distribution chamber 7 and directly above the tray member 8.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the central space defined by the inner side wall 52 of the burner head 5 and the central cylindrical wall 61 of the burner cap 6, the pan bottom temperature penetrating vertically and projecting above the stove burner 3. A sensor S is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the burner cap 6 is formed with a raised portion 62 that rises along the inner peripheral edge of the flame opening 9. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical portion 63 extending downward from the entire inner peripheral edge of the flame opening 9 is formed. The raised portion 62 prevents the broth from entering the flame opening 9 as much as possible when the broth spills from the pan or the like on the upper surface of the burner cap 6. The cylindrical portion 63 guides the broth immediately below when the broth enters the flame opening 9, and drains it at the lower edge of the tubular portion 63. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, since the saucer member 8 is provided directly below the flame opening 9, the broth dropped from the flame opening 9 is received by the saucer member 8 and collected. The tray member 8 is detachable from the burner head 5. Therefore, it is easy to perform operations such as cleaning by removing the tray member 8.

The tray member 8 is mounted on the upper surface of the upper wall 53 of the distribution chamber 7 of the burner head 5, and the guide plate 54 of the open portion 71 of the burner head 5 rises from the inner peripheral edge of the bottom portion 81. And an outer peripheral wall 83 (standing wall) that stands up from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom 81 and extends toward the outer side of the flame opening 9 of the burner cap 6.

The outer peripheral wall 83 of the tray member 8 is in airtight contact with a cylindrical blocking wall 64 that hangs down from the lower surface of the burner cap 6, and reliably guides the mixed gas to the flame port 9.

As shown in FIG. 2, the burner cap 6 is formed with a larger diameter than the burner opening 1 a of the top plate 1. As a result, the burner opening 1 a is covered with the burner cap 6, and entry of foreign matter from the burner opening 1 a into the stove is blocked by the burner cap 6.

As shown in FIG. 3, the burner cap 6 is formed with a pair of concave portions 65 at positions on the outer peripheral edge facing each other in the radial direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the concave portion 65 functions as an engaging portion of the present invention that engages with the extending portion 22 that extends inwardly from the base portion of the virgin claw 21.

According to this, since the positional relationship between the flame outlet 9 of the burner cap 6 and the five virtue claws 21 is always the same, for example, the five virtues caused by the positional deviation between the flame mouth 9 of the burner cap 6 and the five virtue claws 21 or the like. It is possible to prevent the nail 21 from being beaten.

In the present embodiment, the extended portion 22 of the five virtue claws 21 is engaged with the recessed portion 65 of the burner cap 6, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, although not shown, an extension portion extended inward may be provided in a part of the virtues, and the recess 65 of the burner cap 6 may be engaged.
