Abstract
Description
熱媒体が循環する熱媒体回路(10)と、
作動に伴って廃熱を発生し、廃熱を熱媒体に供給する廃熱供給機器(11)と、
車両の変速機(17)を潤滑する潤滑油と熱媒体とを熱交換させる熱交換器(15)と、
熱交換器(15)の内部にある潤滑油を加熱する加熱部(20)とを備える。
加熱部(20)は、電力が供給されることによって発熱する発熱部である。
廃熱供給機器(11)はエンジンであり、
加熱部(20)は、エンジン(11)の作動とは無関係に発熱可能な発熱部である。
図1に示す車両用冷却装置は、エンジン冷却水回路10を備えている。エンジン冷却水回路10は、冷却水が循環する冷却水流路を有する冷却水回路である。
上記実施形態では、電気ヒータ20がCVTウォーマ15の底面15bに配置されているが、本実施形態では、図4に示すように、電気ヒータ20がエンジン冷却水回路10の冷却水通路に配置されている。
上記実施形態を適宜組み合わせ可能である。上記実施形態を例えば以下のように種々変形可能である。

17 無段変速機(変速機)
20 電気ヒータ(加熱部、発熱部)
21 制御装置(制御部)
Claims (6)
- 熱媒体が循環する熱媒体回路(10)と、
作動に伴って廃熱を発生し、前記廃熱を前記熱媒体に供給する廃熱供給機器(11)と、
車両の変速機(17)を潤滑する潤滑油と前記熱媒体とを熱交換させる熱交換器(15)と、
前記熱交換器の内部にある前記潤滑油を加熱する加熱部(20)とを備える車両用冷却装置。 - 前記加熱部は、電力が供給されることによって発熱する発熱部である請求項1に記載の車両用冷却装置。
- 前記廃熱供給機器はエンジンであり、
前記加熱部は、前記エンジンの作動とは無関係に発熱可能な発熱部である請求項1に記載の車両用冷却装置。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記潤滑油が流入出する潤滑油流入出面(15a)と、前記熱媒体が流入出する熱媒体流入出面(15c)と、前記熱媒体流入出面および前記潤滑油流入出面とは異なる非流入出面(15b)と、前記潤滑油と前記熱媒体とを熱交換させる熱交換部(15h)を有しており、
前記熱交換部は、前記熱交換器の内部において、前記潤滑油流入出面および前記熱媒体流入出面よりも前記非流入出面の近くに配置されており、
前記加熱部は、前記非流入出面に配置されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用冷却装置。 - 前記熱媒体回路は、前記熱媒体が流通する通路を形成する管状部材(24)を有しており、
前記加熱部は、前記管状部材に挿入されており、前記熱媒体を介して前記潤滑油を加熱する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用冷却装置。 - 前記熱媒体の温度が所定温度未満である場合、前記加熱部に前記電力を供給し、前記熱媒体の温度が前記所定温度以上である場合、前記加熱部への前記電力の供給を停止する制御部(21)を備える請求項2に記載の車両用冷却装置。
