(備考2):総抗酸化能はTEAC試験で測定され、マロンジアルデヒド(malondialdehyde)はTBA試験で測定される。
Claims (9)
- 脱殻したツバキ種子を粉砕して種子粉末を形成するステップと、
室温で前記種子粉末とエタノール水溶液を所定時間混合し、前記種子粉末と前記エタノール水溶液との重量比が1:1〜1:2であるステップと、
完全に混合した前記種子粉末と前記エタノール水溶液とを遠心分離して、分離した後、液体の上層に浮かぶオイルを採取して、ツバキ油を得るステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、ツバキ油の製造方法。 - 前記オイルを濾過するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツバキ油の製造方法。
- 前記エタノール水溶液中のエタノールの重量パーセントが、10〜99%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツバキ油の製造方法。
- 前記エタノール水溶液中のエタノールの重量パーセントが、10〜30%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツバキ油の製造方法。
- 前記所定時間が、15〜40分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツバキ油の製造方法。
- 前記ツバキ種子は、加熱処理が行われないものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツバキ油の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法で製造されるツバキ油であることを特徴とする、ツバキ油。
- 前記ツバキ油は、フルーツの香りを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のツバキ油。
- 前記フルーツの香りの組成物が、2−メチル酪酸、α−メチルクロトン酸エチル、ヘプチルアルデヒド、カプリルアルデヒド及びノニルアルデヒドからなる群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のツバキ油。
