Abstract
【解決手段】生体情報測定装置は、複数の発光素子1A〜1Dと、複数の発光素子の各々との距離が異なる位置に配置され、複数の発光素子の各々から生体の指先54に照射された光の反射光を各々受光する受光素子3と、複数の発光素子が順次点灯されるように複数の発光素子を制御する制御部と、受光素子で順次受光した反射光の各々から、生体の指先の複数の深さの生体情報を測定する測定部と、を備える。

Description
請求項7記載の発明は、前記複数の発光素子は、複数の面発光レーザ又は1つの基板上に複数の発光点を有する面発光レーザアレイである。
図2は、受光素子3で受光した反射光の受光量を示すグラフ80の一例である。なお、図2のグラフ80の横軸は時間の経過を表し、縦軸は受光素子3の出力、すなわち受光素子3の受光量を表している。

Claims (8)
- 複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子の各々との距離が異なる位置に配置され、前記複数の発光素子の各々から生体に照射された光の反射光を各々受光する受光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子が順次点灯されるように前記複数の発光素子を制御する制御手段と、
前記受光素子で順次受光した前記反射光の各々から、前記生体の複数の深さの生体情報を測定する測定手段と、
を備えた生体情報測定装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記受光素子からの距離が短い発光素子ほど駆動電流値が小さく、前記受光素子からの距離が長い発光素子ほど駆動電流値が大きくなるように、前記複数の発光素子を制御する
請求項1記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記受光素子からの距離が短い発光素子から照射された光ほど減衰率が高く、前記受光素子からの距離が長い発光素子から照射された光ほど減衰率が低くなるように、前記複数の発光素子からの光を各々減衰させる減衰フィルター
を備えた請求項1記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記受光素子からの距離が短い発光素子ほど上部電極の開口面積が小さく、前記受光素子からの距離が長い発光素子ほど上部電極の開口面積が大きくなっている
請求項1記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記受光素子からの距離が短い発光素子ほどメササイズが大きく、前記受光素子からの距離が長い発光素子ほどメササイズが小さくなっている
請求項1記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記受光素子からの距離が短い発光素子ほどメササイズが小さく、前記受光素子からの距離が長い発光素子ほどメササイズが大きくなっている
請求項1記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記複数の発光素子は、複数の面発光レーザ又は1つの基板上に複数の発光点を有する面発光レーザアレイである
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記生体情報は、前記生体の血流量、血流速度、血液量、脈拍数、光電脈派、血液成分、及び血圧の少なくとも1つを含む
