Claims (3)
- タイヤ表面を成型する成型面と、前記成形面より窪んだ凹溝と、前記凹溝の場所に設けられ金型内部と金型外部とを連通するプラグ取付け孔と、前記プラグ取付け孔に嵌合されたベントプラグとを備え、前記ベントプラグが、筒状で内径側に前記凹溝内部から金型外部への通気孔を有するハウジングと、前記ハウジングの内径側に挿入され前記通気孔を開閉するステムとを備えるタイヤ加硫成型金型において、
前記ハウジングの金型内側の端面が前記成型面より金型外側にあるタイヤ加硫成型金型。 - 前記ハウジングの金型内側の端面の前記成形面からの深さLと、前記凹溝の深さMとの関係が、
0.4×M≦L≦1.2×M
である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫成型金型。 - タイヤサイド部を成型する成型面にタイヤ周方向に延びる前記凹溝とタイヤ径方向に延びる前記凹溝とが設けられ、タイヤ周方向に延びる前記凹溝とタイヤ径方向に延びる前記凹溝とが交差する場所に前記ベントプラグを備える、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫成型金型。
