Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a decorative board.
Conventionally, there is a decorative sheet in which a pattern layer, a transparent resin layer, and a protective layer are laminated in this order on a base material and have embossing. As such a decorative sheet, for example, there is a technique using polyvinyl chloride as a base material (see Patent Document 1). For example, there is a technique using a polyolefin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene as a base material (see Patent Document 2).
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1, since polyvinyl chloride is used as a base material, heat resistance, weather resistance, and flexibility are low for industrial production and use as an interior material of a building. There were problems such as weak impact resistance. On the other hand, since the technique described in Patent Document 2 uses a polyolefin-based film, some of these problems can be solved, but the processing suitability is low, and in particular, the decorative sheet is likely to be whitened or cracked during V-cut processing. There was a problem. The V-cut process is a bending process in which a V-shaped groove is formed on a base material and bent.
On the other hand, for example, a technique is known in which the cross-sectional shape of the emboss is a curve having a curvature that continuously changes (see Patent Document 3). Thereby, whitening and a crack of the decorative sheet at the time of V-cut process can be suppressed, and the processability of a decorative sheet can be made favorable.
However, although the technique described in Patent Document 3 can improve the workability, there is a possibility that the design properties may be limited because the cross-sectional shape of the embossment is limited.
This invention pays attention to the above points, and aims to provide a decorative sheet and a decorative plate excellent in processing suitability and design.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention is a decorative sheet in which a pattern layer, a transparent resin layer, and a protective layer are laminated in this order on a base material, and the embossed decorative sheet, It is characterized by comprising a polypropylene resin.
According to one aspect of the present invention, since a flexible polypropylene-based resin is used on the transparent resin layer, that is, the upper layer side that is heavily loaded during V-cut processing, whitening and cracking of the decorative sheet can be suppressed, and processing suitability can be improved. . Moreover, since there is no restriction | limiting in the cross-sectional shape of embossing, designability can be improved. Thereby, the decorative sheet excellent in processing suitability and design property can be provided.
In addition, since a flexible polypropylene resin is used for the transparent resin layer, the decorative sheet has a feature that it is easy to stretch even at low temperatures, and in particular, has an excellent effect for V-cut processing in winter.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

また、木質系としては、MDF(medium density fiberboard)、合板、パーチクルボードを使用することができる。

Next, the manufacturing method of the
The substrate 2 is unwound from a feed roll on which the substrate 2 is wound, and the substrate 2 is passed between the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder, and a pattern is printed on one surface of the substrate 2 to form a pattern layer 3. To do. Subsequently, a transparent resin layer 4 made of a molten polypropylene resin is extruded onto the pattern layer 3 using a T die, and is bonded by being sandwiched between a pair of embossing rolls and a rubber back roll. At that time, the extruded transparent resin layer 4 is biaxially stretched and stretched in a film forming direction and a direction perpendicular to the film forming direction.
Simultaneously with the bonding, the embossing roll is pressed against the transparent resin layer 4 with the embossing roll to form the
Thus, in the manufacturing method of this embodiment, the transparent resin layer 4 which has the pattern layer 3 and the
