Description

The present invention relates to a decorative sheet used for surface decoration of building materials such as kitchen doors and bathroom interiors by bonding to various base materials such as wood, inorganic, synthetic resin, and metal, and in particular, has a high specularity on the surface. The present invention also relates to a decorative sheet having suitability for bonding to a three-dimensional surface.

As a decorative sheet used for the above purpose, a conventional sheet made by printing an appropriate pattern on a polyvinyl chloride resin film has been mainly used. However, in recent years, taking into consideration environmental problems, polyolefin resin films that are free from the generation of harmful substances such as hydrogen chloride or dioxin during combustion have been developed and are widely used.

By the way, the above-mentioned use of kitchen doors and bathroom interiors is required to have extremely high sharpness compared to other uses, but the above-mentioned polyvinyl chloride resin film and polyolefin resin film can sufficiently cope with it. Absent. This is because the polyvinyl chloride resin film is soft and has poor thickness accuracy and surface smoothness, and the polyolefin resin film has high surface haze due to its high crystallinity, and both have low surface scratch resistance. It depends on that.

As a decorative sheet for uses requiring high sharpness, a polyester resin film excellent in transparency, surface smoothness, and scratch resistance is used. Specifically, a transparent polyester resin film in which an appropriate pattern is printed on the back surface in advance through an adhesive on the surface of a concealable base sheet made of a colored polyvinyl chloride resin film or a colored polyolefin resin film. Is formed by pasting together.

In order to improve the scratch resistance of the surface, a surface protective layer made of a curable resin may be further provided. In addition, by increasing the total thickness of the decorative sheet, it is possible to prevent duck of the adhesive that occurs when pasting to various base materials such as wood, inorganic, synthetic resin, and metal, and furthermore, high load dents and scratches Can also be restored. However, as the total thickness of the sheet is increased in this way, the bending elasticity of the sheet by the lapping process becomes stronger, which causes a problem that the bonding process to the three-dimensional surface becomes difficult.

The decorative sheet is characterized in that.

According to the invention of the first aspect, the present invention provides a biaxially stretched transparent polyester sheet by extrusion lamination with a transparent thermoplastic resin layer sandwiched between a thermoplastic resin base sheet and a biaxially stretched transparent polyester sheet. Transparent thermoplasticity sandwiched by limiting the thickness of the biaxially stretched transparent polyester sheet while realizing the sheet thickness that does not pick up the unevenness of the base material and adhesive duck by bonding the base sheet with the high specularity When the resin layer is softened by heat at the time of lapping, the resin layer is excellent in suitability for lapping.

One or more selected from various additives such as an agent and a filler may be added. The surface protective layer 6 may be composed of two or more layers of the same type or different types. For example, the particles on the first layer containing high-hardness wear-resistant particles such as silica, alumina and silicon carbide. By providing a second layer that does not contain a material, it is possible to achieve both wear resistance and scratch resistance, surface gloss and surface smoothness, or a glossy state on the first layer provided on the entire surface. A stretched polyethylene terephthalate resin film (“Lumirror T60” manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) was used and bonded by extrusion lamination. Finally, after the silicone modified UV curable resin (manufactured by Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd.) is diluted to an appropriate viscosity with a diluent solvent as the surface protective layer 6, it is applied by direct reverse gravure method (peripheral speed ratio 100%). After coating so that the coating thickness after drying was 5 to 6 μm, a high-pressure mercury lamp with high illuminance was irradiated and cured to obtain a decorative sheet.
