Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス10は、複数の被覆電線Wと、接続部14と第1のバレル部12と第2のバレル部13とを有する接続端子11と、接続部14を脱出不能に収容するコネクタ30と、順に、小径筒状部15aと、螺旋外形を有する中間筒部15bと、大径筒状部15cとを有し、小径筒状部15aを絶縁被覆材16の皮剥ぎ後の端部16aとともに第2のバレル部13に固定され、中間筒部15bと大径筒状部15cとを端子挿入孔31に強制嵌入される止水ゴム15と、止水ゴム15を端子挿入孔31の方向に押圧して中間筒部15bを軸方向に圧縮させた状態にコネクタ30に固定されるリヤホルダ20と、を備え、中間筒部15bの外面に塗布されたウレタン剤が中間筒部15bと端子挿入孔31との隙間を埋めて固化するよう構成した。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネスを示す図であり、コネクタにリヤホルダを取付ける前の状態の斜視図である。図2はコネクタにリヤホルダを取付ける前の状態のコネクタ内部の断面図である。
図6および図7は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス10Aのリヤホルダ20Aの取付け前と取付け後の状態をそれぞれ示している。このワイヤハーネス10Aは、ワイヤハーネス10とはリヤホルダ20Aが第1の実施の形態に係るリヤホルダ20と相違しているのみであり、その他の構成要素については、第1の実施の形態と同一の符号を付して、構成、作用、効果の説明を省略する。

Claims (2)
- 絶縁被覆材が皮剥ぎされ導線端部が露出した複数の被覆電線と、
接続部と第1のバレル部と第2のバレル部とを有し、前記第1のバレル部が導線端部を固定し、前記第2のバレル部が前記絶縁被覆材の皮剥ぎ後の端部を固定するように設けられた接続端子と、
複数の端子挿入孔を有し前記各端子挿入孔に前記接続端子の前記接続部を脱出不能に収容するコネクタと、
順に、前記端子挿入孔よりも小径である小径筒状部と、螺旋外形を有する中間筒部と、大径筒状部とを有するゴム製成形体であり、前記各端子挿入孔に前記被覆電線が挿通された状態で、前記小径筒状部を前記絶縁被覆材の皮剥ぎ後の端部とともに前記第2のバレル部に固定され、前記中間筒部と前記大径筒状部とを前記端子挿入孔に強制嵌入される止水ゴムと、
前記止水ゴムの前記大径筒状部の側の端面を前記端子挿入孔の方向に押圧して前記中間筒部を軸方向に圧縮させた状態に前記コネクタに固定されるリヤホルダと、を備え、
前記中間筒部の外面に組付け時に塗布された固化性を有する止水剤が前記中間筒部と前記端子挿入孔との隙間を埋めて固化していることを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 前記リヤホルダは、スリット幅が前記被覆電線の径よりも僅かに大きくかつ前記複数の被覆電線を挿通するスリットを有し、さらに、前記スリットの一側に、前記中間筒部と大径筒状部を通過させる止水ゴム通過孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。
