また、上記中間層の架橋ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、プロピレンエチレン共重合体と、ポリプロピレンと、スチレン系エラストマーと、カーボンブラックを含むことが考えられる。
また、本発明によるホースの製造方法は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主体とした内層とポリプロピレン系樹脂を主体とした中間層を同時に押出成形し、上記内層と上記中間層に電子線を照射して上記内層と上記中間層を同時に架橋し、該中間層の外周に繊維糸を編組又は横巻することにより補強層を形成し、該補強層の外周にオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーを主体とした外層を押出成形するものである。
図1は、本発明ホース1の切欠斜視図である。まず、内層2の材料として、ポリエチレン樹脂とエチレン−オクテン共重合体を混合して内層用組成物とする。中間層3の材料として、プロピレンーエチレン共重合体、ポリプロピレン、スチレン−エチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、カーボンブラックマスターバッチ、及び、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート架橋助剤を混合して中間層用組成物とする。内側に内層用組成物、外側に中間層用組成物となるように、押出機により共押出成形し、内層2の肉厚0.8mm、中間層3の肉厚0.1mm、内径7.1mmとなるように管状に成形する。引き続いて、この内層2と中間層3について、電子線を照射し、内層2と中間層3に共架橋を施す。次に、1670dtex、撚り回数100回/mのポリエステル撚糸について、中間層3の外周に、引き揃え本数1本、打数16本、ピッチ28mmでSZ巻をし、補強層4を形成した。次に、補強層4の外周に、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーを押出被覆して外層5を形成した。このようにして得られたホース1は、内径は7.1mm、外径は11.1mmであった。

Claims (3)
- 内層と、該内層チューブの外周に形成された中間層と、該中間層の外周に形成された補強層と、該補強層の外周に形成された外層からなり、
上記内層が架橋ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主体としたものからなり、
上記中間層が架橋ポリプロピレン系樹脂を主体としたものからなり、
上記補強層が、繊維糸の編組又は横巻からなり、
上記外層が、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーを主体としたものからなるホース。 - 上記中間層の架橋ポリプロピレン系樹脂が、
プロピレンエチレン共重合体と、ポリプロピレンと、スチレン系エラストマーと、カーボンブラックを含む請求項1記載のホース。 - ポリオレフィン系樹脂を主体とした内層とポリプロピレン系樹脂を主体とした中間層を同時に押出成形し、上記内層と上記中間層に電子線を照射して上記内層と上記中間層を同時に架橋し、該中間層の外周に繊維糸を編組又は横巻することにより補強層を形成し、該補強層の外周にオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーを主体とした外層を押出成形するホースの製造方法。
