Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 基板上に設けられる発光領域及び非発光領域を備える表示装置であって、
前記基板上に設けられる第1電極と、
前記発光領域の前記第1電極を露出する開口部を有し、前記基板上の前記非発光領域に設けられる絶縁膜と、
前記第1電極上に設けられる有機EL層と、
前記絶縁膜上及び前記有機EL層上に設けられる第2電極と、
を備え、
前記第2電極には、前記非発光領域内の全体に渡って点在する複数の孔が設けられる、
表示装置。 - 前記孔によって露出された前記絶縁膜上から突出する突出部をさらに備え、
前記突出部において、高さが前記第2電極の厚さよりも大きく、且つ、頂面の面積が底面の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 基板上に設けられる発光領域及び非発光領域を備える表示装置であって、
前記基板上に設けられる第1電極と、
前記発光領域の前記第1電極を露出する開口部を有し、前記基板上の前記非発光領域に設けられる絶縁膜と、
前記第1電極上及び前記絶縁膜上に設けられる有機EL層と、
前記有機EL層上に設けられる第2電極と、
を備え、
前記第2電極及び前記有機EL層には、前記非発光領域内の全体に渡って点在する複数の孔が設けられる、
表示装置。 - 前記孔によって露出された前記絶縁膜上から突出する突出部をさらに備え、
前記突出部において、高さが前記第2電極及び前記有機EL層の合計厚さよりも大きく、且つ、頂面の面積が底面の面積よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記基板に垂直な方向から見て、前記発光領域と前記突出部との距離は、5μm以上である、請求項2又は4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記基板に垂直な方向から見て、隣接する前記孔同士の距離は、4000μm以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記基板に垂直な方向から見て、前記発光領域と前記複数の孔との距離は、5μm以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- セグメント型有機ELディスプレイである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- アクティブマトリックス有機ELディスプレイである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
