Abstract
Description
a)プラスティック材料のパリソンを、2つの鋳型キャビティを備える開いた鋳型の中に挿入するステップ;
b)これら鋳型キャビティを、鋳型を閉じるように接触した状態に動かすステップ;
c)鋳型の完全な閉止の前に、パリソンのプレブローを行うために加圧された流体(すなわちガス)を、パリソンの内部中に導入するステップ;
d)一旦鋳型が完全に閉止されると、パリソンを鋳型の鋳型キャビティ上に加圧された流体を使用して押し付けるように、最終ブローを行うステップ;
e)鋳型を開放して、タンクを引き出すステップ
をこの順で含む。
a)プラスティック材料のパリソンを、鋳型キャビティを備える開いた鋳型の中に挿入するステップ;
b)これら鋳型キャビティを、(漸進的に)鋳型を閉じるように近づけるように動かすステップ;
c)鋳型の完全な閉止の前に、パリソンのプレブローを行うために加圧された流体をパリソンの内部中に導入するステップ;
d)一旦鋳型が接触する(鋳型の接合面において)と、パリソンを鋳型の鋳型キャビティ上に加圧された流体を使用して押し付けるように、最終ブローを行うステップ;
e)鋳型を開放して、タンクを引き出すステップ
をこの順で備える。
‐パリソンのプレブローの前に、鋳型の鋳型キャビティ間に少なくとも1つの障害要素を導入するステップ;及び
‐パリソンのプレブロー中に、加圧された流体の助けによってパリソンの一部を障害要素上に押し付けるステップであって、それによってパリソンの前記一部が鋳型のキャビティ間に型締めされないように防止し、かつ溶着部の無い周囲領域を得る、ステップ;

Claims (10)
- 燃料タンクをプラスティック材料から生産する方法であって、
以下のステップ:
a)プラスティックのパリソン(1)を、鋳型キャビティ(3、4)を備える開いた鋳型の中に挿入するステップ;
b)前記鋳型キャビティを、前記鋳型を閉じるために近づけるように動かすステップ;
c)前記鋳型の完全な閉止の前に、前記パリソンのプレブローを行うために加圧された流体を前記パリソンの内部中に導入するステップ;
d)一旦前記鋳型キャビティが接触すると、前記パリソンを前記鋳型の前記鋳型キャビティ上に前記加圧された流体を使用して押し付けるように、最終ブローを行うステップ;
e)前記鋳型を開放して、前記タンクを引き出すステップ
をこの順で備える前記方法において、
前記方法が、以下のステップ:
‐前記パリソンの前記プレブローの前に、鋳型キャビティ間に少なくとも1つの障害要素(5、6)を導入するステップ;及び
‐前記パリソンの前記プレブロー中に、前記加圧された流体の助けによって前記パリソンの一部を前記障害要素上に押し付けるステップであって、それによって、前記パリソンの前記一部が前記鋳型キャビティ間に型締めされないように防止し、かつ溶着部の無い周囲領域を得る、ステップ
を備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記鋳型の前記鋳型キャビティそれぞれが、少なくとも1つの可動部分を備え、前記可動部分が、前記鋳型の閉止中に互いに近づくように動かされ、前記パリソンの前記プレブローの前に組み立てられるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型の前記鋳型キャビティのうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの可動な障害要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装備品を、前記溶着部の無い周囲領域に取り付けるステップを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記障害要素は、縦通材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記障害要素は、前記障害要素の外面に浮き彫りパターンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記障害要素は、熱調節手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記障害要素は、吸引オリフィス及び/又はブローオリフィスを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記障害要素は、金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されるプラスティック材料の燃料タンク。
