Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関のシリンダに吸気ガスおよび/または再循環排気ガスを導入する装置であって、吸気ガスおよび/または再循環排気ガスを前記シリンダに供給するよう構成された導管(1)を備え、さらに、前記装置は、前記導管(1)内に、前記導管が吸気ガスをシリンダに供給する第1の位置と、前記導管が再循環排気ガスをシリンダに供給する第2の位置との間で切り替え可能な流れ制御手段(5)を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記装置は、導管(1)の壁部の一方(7)に形成された排気ガスの入口開口部(13)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流れ制御手段は、導管を横切る軸線(R)の周りを導管(1)内で回転する弁体(5)を備え、前記弁体は横走部(9)を備え、前記横走部(9)は、前記弁体の角度位置に応じて、流れ制御手段の第1の位置と第2の位置とを画定するよう構成される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 導管(1)は、弁体が前記第1の位置にある際に、前記回転する弁体(5)の横走部(9)の少なくとも一部を収容するように構成された***部を有し、前記導管への排気ガスの入口開口部(13)は、前記***部(8)内に形成されており、回転する弁体(5)の横走部(9)の外面(11)は、弁体が前記第1の位置にある際に、前記排気ガスの入口開口部(13)付近で前記***部(8)の内壁と接触するよう構成される、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 弁体(5)が前記第1の位置にある際に、回転する弁体(5)の横走部(9)は、導管(1)の内部と対向し、導管(1)の壁部(7)の内面の一部を形成するように構成された内面を有する、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 回転する弁体(5)の横走部の内面は、弁体(5)が前記第1の位置にある際に、導管(1)を包囲する壁部(7)の内面に形状的に連続して接続するように構成される、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 弁体(5)の横走部(9)の内面(12)は、弁体が前記第2の位置にある際に、排気ガスの偏向板を形成するように構成される、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 流れ制御手段(5)は、シリンダへの給気のための開口部とは反対側の導管(1)の開口部に実質的に配置される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置は、前記排気ガスの入口を封止することが可能な、切り替え可能な排気ガス入口閉鎖手段をさらに含む、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 排気ガス入口閉鎖手段(15)はバルブである、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 導管内の流れ制御手段(5)の切り替え手段(18、20)と、再循環排気ガスの入口を封止する閉鎖手段(19、20)とを備え、前記流れ制御手段(5)が第2の位置にある場合に、前記閉鎖手段(15)を開き、前記流れ制御手段(5)が第1の位置にある場合に、前記閉鎖手段(5)を閉じるように適合され、請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 流れ制御手段(5)の切り替え手段および閉鎖手段(15)の切り替え手段は、単一のアクチュエータ(20)を形成する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関用の吸気モジュール。
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダ、前記シリンダの休止システム、および少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の装置を有する内燃機関であって、前記装置は、前記シリンダを給気するよう構成されており、休止システムにより制御可能であることを特徴とする内燃機関。
- 少なくとも2つのシリンダ、前記少なくとも2つのシリンダの休止システム、前記休止可能なシリンダ、および少なくとも2つの、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の装置を備え、前記装置の各々は、前記休止可能なシリンダの1つを給気し、前記休止システムにより独立して制御可能であることを特徴とする内燃機関。
