Claims (12)
- 流動する流動媒体の湿度を検知するためのセンサ装置(10)であって、前記湿度を検知するための少なくとも1つのセンサ要素(42)と、該センサ要素(42)を遮蔽している少なくとも1つの保護ダイヤフラム(44)とを備えた少なくとも1つの湿度モジュール(32)を含み、前記センサ装置(10)がさらに少なくとも1つのハウジング(30)を有し、前記湿度モジュール(32)が少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング(30)の測定室(40)内に配置されている、前記センサ装置(10)において、
前記ハウジング(30)が、流動する前記流動媒体内へ軸線方向(34a)において突出している保護管(16)を有し、該保護管(16)が少なくとも1つの流入路(36)を有し、前記流動媒体が前記流入路(36)を通じて前記軸線方向とは逆の方向(34b)で前記測定室(40)内へ流入することができ、前記保護管(16)がさらに少なくとも1つの流出路(38)を有し、前記流動媒体が前記流出路(38)を通じて前記軸線方向(34a)において前記測定室(40)から流出できることを特徴とするセンサ装置(10)。 - 前記保護管(16)が、前記保護ダイヤフラム(44)の十分なオーバーフローと、前記流動媒体の前記湿度の検知に関する前記センサ要素(42)の短い反応時間とを提供するために設置されている、先行請求項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記流入路(36)と前記流出路(38)とが前記軸線方向(34a)に延びている回転軸線(14)に関し回転対称に形成されている、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記保護管(16)の前記軸線方向(34a)が前記流動媒体の主流動方向(12)に対し実質的に垂直に配向されている、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記流入路(36)が前記流出路(38)を少なくとも部分的に同心に環状に取り囲んでいる、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記流入路(36)が少なくとも1つの吸込み穴(46)を前記保護管(16)内に有し、前記流出路(38)が少なくとも1つの排出穴(48)を前記保護管(16)内に有し、前記保護管(16)は、前記排出穴(48)が前記吸込み穴(46)よりもさらに前記流動媒体の流動内部に配置されているように、前記流動媒体の流動内へ突出している、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記保護管(16)が、前記吸込み穴(46)付近に配置される少なくとも1つの引き裂きエッジ(62c)と、前記排出穴(48)付近に配置される少なくとも1つの丸み部(62d)とを有し、前記吸込み穴(46)付近に配置される前記引き裂きエッジ(62c)のエッジ半径が、前記排出穴(48)付近に配置される前記丸み部(62d)の半径よりも著しく小さい、先行請求項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記排出穴(48)のまわりに半径方向に間隔をもって同心に配置される複数の前記吸込み穴(46)が設けられている、2つの先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記保護管(16)が、1つの流出用接続部材(18a)と、少なくとも1つの流入用接続部材(18b)とを含み、前記流出路(38)が少なくとも部分的に前記流出用接続部材(18a)内に配置され、前記流入路(36)が前記流入用接続部材(18b)内に配置されている、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記保護管(16)が、前記流出用接続部材(18a)の外周面と前記吸込み穴(46)との間に環状隙間(56)を有している、先行請求項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記流入路(36)の、前記測定室(40)内への少なくとも1つの開口部(50)と、前記流出路(38)の、前記測定室(40)内への少なくとも1つの開口部(52)との間に、前記保護ダイヤフラム(44)に対し平行に延在する少なくとも1つの輪郭部分(54)が配置されている、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(30)が、前記流動媒体が貫流する流動室(22)の壁部分(20)に前記ハウジング(30)を固定するための少なくとも1つの固定要素(24)を有し、該固定要素(24)は、固定状態で前記保護管(16)が少なくとも部分的に前記流動室(22)内へ突出するように、構成されている、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ装置(10)。
