Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、改善した熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ラスならびにその製造方法を提供することにある。板ガラスは、抑えた内側反射を有し、光線透過率を低くするべきである。
・屈折率1.8未満の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、接着剤層、
・少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物(TCO)を含有する、機能層、
・屈折率1.8以上の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、光学的高屈折率層および
・屈折率1.8未満の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、光学的低屈折率層
を含む。
・本発明による接着剤層、
・接着剤層の上に、本発明による機能層、
・機能層の上に、本発明による光学的高屈折率層および
・光学的高屈折率層の上に、本発明による光学的低屈折率層
を含む層構造である。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの基材(1)および基材(1)の少なくとも内側表面上の少なくとも1つの熱放射反射コーティング(2)を含む、外部環境から内部を隔離するための熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ガラスであって、
板ガラスが5%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有し、
コーティング(2)が、基材(1)の側から、少なくとも:
屈折率1.8未満の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、1つの接着剤層(3)、
少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を含有する、1つの機能層(4)、
屈折率1.8以上の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、1つの光学的高屈折率層(5)および
屈折率1.8未満の少なくとも1つの材料を含有する、1つの光学的低屈折率層(6)
を含む、板ガラス。 - 基材(1)が少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(9)を介してカバー板ガラス(8)に結合している、複合板ガラスである、請求項1に記載の板ガラス。
- 4%未満、好ましくは3%未満の可視スペクトル領域の透過率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の板ガラス。

- 可視スペクトル領域の内側透過レベルTL対可視スペクトル領域の内側反射レベルRLの比TL/RLが、0.6以上、好ましくは0.8以上、特に好ましくは1以上、最も好ましくは1.5以上である、請求項1から12の一項に記載の板ガラス。
- 請求項1から13の一項に記載の熱放射反射コーティング(2)を有する板ガラスを製造する方法であって、少なくとも
(a)接着剤層(3)、
(b)機能層(4)、
(c)光学的高屈折率層(5)および
(d)光学的低屈折率層(6)
が、基材(1)の内側表面に連続して適用される、方法。 - 建物における、または陸上、空中もしくは水上の輸送手段、特に列車、船舶および自動車両における、例えば後部窓、側窓および/またはルーフパネルとしての、請求項1から13の一項に記載の熱放射反射コーティングを有する板ガラスの使用。
