Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のある態様の光源モジュール1は、発光素子、及び一端側が発光素子に電気的に接続される端子108,110を有する光源100と、端子108,110の他端側を外部給電端子600に電気的に接続するための配線基板200と、光源100及び配線基板200の間に配置され、発光素子に伝熱可能に接続される熱拡散部材300と、配線基板200に搭載され、光源100の温度を検知する温度検知部400と、を備える。熱拡散部材300は、配線基板200側を向く面に凹部310を有する。温度検知部400は、凹部310に収容される。

Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る光源モジュールの概略構造を示す断面図である。図1では、光源100及び外部給電端子600の内部構造の図示を省略している。また、配線パターンの図示を省略している。図2は、光源の概略構造を示す断面図である。本実施の形態に係る光源モジュール1は、例えば車両用灯具に用いられる。図1に示すように、光源モジュール1は、光源100と、配線基板200と、熱拡散部材300と、温度検知部400と、ファン500とを備える。
実施の形態2に係る光源モジュール1は、配線基板200への温度検知部400の接続構造によって、温度検知部400による光源100の温度の検知精度を高めている点を除き、実施の形態1に係る光源モジュール1の構成と共通する。以下、実施の形態2に係る光源モジュール1について、実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 発光素子、及び一端側が前記発光素子に電気的に接続される端子を有する光源と、
前記端子の他端側を外部給電端子に電気的に接続するための配線基板と、
前記光源及び前記配線基板の間に配置され、前記発光素子に伝熱可能に接続される熱拡散部材と、
前記配線基板に搭載され、前記光源の温度を検知する温度検知部と、を備え、
前記熱拡散部材は、配線基板側を向く面に凹部を有し、
前記温度検知部は、前記凹部に収容されることを特徴とする光源モジュール。 - 前記温度検知部と前記凹部の表面との間に介在する絶縁性の熱伝導部材をさらに備える請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記熱拡散部材に送風するファンをさらに備え、
前記凹部は、前記光源よりも前記ファンの送風方向の風下に位置する請求項1又は2に記載の光源モジュール。 - 前記熱拡散部材に送風するファンをさらに備え、
前記凹部は、前記ファンの前記光源に最も近い第1点と前記光源の前記ファンに最も近い第2点とを通る第1直線に対して垂直で且つ前記第2点を通る第2直線よりも、光源側に配置される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
