Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係るバルーンカテーテルの構成について、図面を参照しながら以下に説明する。
なお、図1及び図2において、図示左側が体内に挿入される遠位側(先端側)、右側が医師等の手技者によって操作される近位側(基端側)である。
なお、内側チューブ40は、先端外側チューブ21及び基端外側チューブ22と同様の樹脂で形成されていても良い。
また、ハイポチューブ23の先端内部には、後述するコアワイヤ60の基端部60bが接合されている。
(2)バルーンカテーテル10が湾曲した場合においても、コアワイア60の膨隆部80を凹凸部45の凹部45b間で適度に移動させて、バルーンカテーテル10の柔軟性を確保することができる。
なお、図3及び図4において、図示左側が体内に挿入される遠位側(先端側)、右側が医師等の手技者によって操作される近位側(基端側)である。
なお、図5及び図6において、図示左側が体内に挿入される遠位側(先端側)、右側が医師等の手技者によって操作される近位側(基端側)である。
図7は、第4実施形態のバルーンカテーテル300の要部拡大図であり、図8は、膨隆部82の移動を説明した説明図である。本実施形態においては、外側チューブ20の内壁から凹部245bまでの距離をDa、外側チューブ20の内壁から凸部245aまでの距離をDb及び膨隆部82の外径をDcとした場合に、Dc>Da>Dbとしている。

Claims (4)
- バルーンと、
そのバルーンの基端に接続された外側チューブと、
その外側チューブの内部に配置され、先端が前記バルーンの先端に接続された内側チューブと、
その内側チューブの外周に形成された凹凸部と、
前記外側チューブと前記内側チューブとの間に配置されたコアワイヤと
を備えたバルーンカテーテルにおいて、
前記コアワイヤは、前記外側チューブと、前記凹凸部の凹部との間に挟持された膨隆部を備えていることを特徴とするバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記凹凸部は、前記内側チューブの外周に巻回されたコイル体の素線のピッチを広げることによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記コイル体の表面には、前記コイル体の素線の形状に沿って表面が流線形の凹凸となるように樹脂が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記外側チューブの内壁から前記凹部までの距離をDa、前記外側チューブの内壁から前記凸部までの距離をDb及び前記膨隆部の外径をDcとした場合に、
Dc>Da>Db
としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のバルーンカテーテル。
