Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド建設機械において、発電電動機2の発電運転(蓄電器の充電)及びアシスト運転(蓄電器の放電)によって蓄電器4を暖機するとともに、リリーフ弁10により油圧負荷をかけながら油圧ポンプ5の馬力制御を行うことによって作動油を暖機する。上記発電運転による暖機時に、エンジン過負荷とならないように、発電電動機2の発電運転による負荷分である暖機時充電電力を暖機時ポンプ馬力から減算して油圧ポンプ5の馬力制御を行うようにした。

Description
(i) 上記蓄電器SOCと蓄電器温度から暖機時充電電力を求め、
(ii) 求められた上記暖機時充電電力に基づき上記発電電動機に発電運転を行わせて上記蓄電器に充電し、
(iii) 上記発電運転時に、上記油圧負荷手段により上記油圧ポンプに負荷を与えるとともに、予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力から上記暖機時充電電力を減算した値を用いて上記油圧ポンプの馬力制御を行う
ように構成したものである。
(I) 発電電動機2の発電運転時
ポンプ馬力=予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力−暖機時充電電力
(II) 発電電動機2のアシスト運転時
ポンプ馬力=予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力+暖機時放電電力
となる。
ポンプ馬力=暖機時ポンプ馬力−暖機時充電電力
によるポンプ馬力制御、NO(発電電動機動作=アシスト運転)の場合はステップS16において、
ポンプ馬力=暖機時ポンプ馬力+暖機時放電電力
によるポンプ馬力制御(図4下段参照)がそれぞれ開始された後、ステップS16でアンロード弁11を閉じてステップS1に戻る。
(1) 作動油暖機のための油圧負荷として、アンロード弁11とリリーフ弁10の組み合わせに代えて可変絞り弁等の暖機専用弁を設け、作動油暖機時にこの暖機専用弁を作動させる構成をとってもよい。
ポンプ馬力=予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力+暖機時放電電力
による馬力制御を行うようにしたが、アシスト運転時に、
ポンプ馬力=予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力
による馬力制御を行うようにしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- エンジンによって発電電動機と可変容量型の油圧ポンプを駆動し、上記発電電動機の発電運転によって蓄電器に充電し、この蓄電器の電力により上記発電電動機にアシスト運転を行わせて上記エンジンをアシストするように構成されたハイブリッド建設機械において、上記蓄電器の温度を検出する蓄電器温度検出手段と、上記蓄電器の充電状態である蓄電器SOCを検出する蓄電器SOC検出手段と、上記油圧ポンプの馬力制御のためのポンプ圧を検出するポンプ圧検出手段と、上記油圧ポンプに油圧負荷を与える油圧負荷手段と、上記蓄電器及び作動油を昇温させるための暖機制御を行う制御手段を具備し、この制御手段は、上記暖機制御として、
(i) 上記蓄電器SOCと蓄電器温度から暖機時充電電力を求め、
(ii) 求められた上記暖機時充電電力に基づき上記発電電動機に発電運転を行わせて上記蓄電器に充電し、
(iii) 上記発電運転時に、上記油圧負荷手段により上記油圧ポンプに負荷を与えるとともに、予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力から上記暖機時充電電力を減算した値を用いて上記油圧ポンプの馬力制御を行う
ように構成したことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 上記制御手段は、上記暖機制御として、上記蓄電器SOCと蓄電器温度から暖機時放電電力を求め、求められた暖機時放電電力に基づき上記発電電動機にアシスト運転を行わせるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記発電電動機のアシスト運転時に、予め設定された暖機時ポンプ馬力に上記暖機時放電電力を加算した値を用いて上記油圧ポンプの馬力制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記発電電動機に上記発電運転とアシスト運転を交互に行わせるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記蓄電器温度検出手段によって検出される蓄電器温度が予め設定された暖機開始温度以下になったときに上記暖機制御を開始するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
