Abstract
【解決手段】電動機収納部の開口端面を越えて外側にステータ部の端面が突出する位置でステータ部を電動機収納部に固定し、電動機部の重心を電動機収納部の開口端面に近づけた構成とした。これによれば、電動機部の重心を電動機収納部の開口端面に近づけたことによってロータ部が振動の影響を受け難くなり、ロータ部が振動の影響を受けて振られてしまうという現象を抑制することができる

Claims (4)
- 金属製のポンプハウジングに形成されたポンプ部収納部に収納されたポンプロータとアウタロータとから構成されるポンプ部と、前記ポンプハウジングに形成された電動機収納部に収納された永久磁石を備えるロータ部と鉄心と巻線を備えるステータ部から構成される電動機部と、前記電動機収納部の開口端面から半径方向外側に延びる前記ポンプハウジングと一体に形成された取り付けブラケットと、前記ポンプロータと前記ロータ部を結合する駆動回転軸と、前記ポンプ部と連通された吐出ポートと吸入ポートを備え前記ポンプ部を覆うように前記ポンプハウジングに固定されたポンプカバーとにより構成され、前記ロータ部を回転させて前記ポンプ部を駆動する電動オイルポンプにおいて、
前記ステータ部の端面が前記電動機収納部の開口端面を越えて突出する位置で、前記ステータ部を前記電動機収納部に固定することによって前記電動機部の重心を前記電動機収納部の開口端面に近づけたことを特徴とする電動オイルポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動オイルポンプにおいて、
前記ステータ部は鉄心の周囲に樹脂がモールドされており、前記モールド部の外周面が前記電動機収納部の開口端面を越えて突出する位置で、前記ステータ部を前記電動機収納部に固定することを特徴とする電動オイルポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動オイルポンプにおいて、
前記電動機収納部の前記開口端面は前記取り付けブラケットの外側端面と同一平面上で開口されていることを特徴とする電動オイルポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動オイルポンプにおいて、
前記電動オイルポンプは自動変速機の筐体に形成したポンプ収納部に収納され、前記取り付けブラケットの形成した開口を通して固定ボルトによって前記筺体に固定されていることを特徴とする電動オイルポンプ。
