Abstract
【解決手段】鍔付きブッシュ42、44の円筒部46の軸方向の両端部が、何れもボス40の内周面に密着させられる一方、円筒部46の軸方向の中間部分には鼓形状部54が設けられ、その鼓形状部54の少なくとも最小径部分がカラー26の外周面に弾性的に密着させられるため、ボス40の内周面とカラー26の外周面との間で鼓形状部54が径方向に圧縮されて撓み変形させられる。したがって、その鼓形状部54の撓み変形による反力でボス40の支持剛性が確保され、ボス40の径方向のがたつきや傾動、異音の発生が抑制される。

Claims (4)
- 円筒外周面を有する支持部材がペダルブラケットに略水平に一体的に配設され、該支持部材の外周側に、円筒部の一端部に鍔部が設けられた一対の樹脂製の鍔付きブッシュを介して回動部材のボスが軸心まわりに回動可能に配設されている車両用ペダル装置の軸受部構造において、
前記鍔付きブッシュの前記円筒部の軸方向の両端部は、何れも前記ボスの内周面に密着させられる一方、該軸方向の中間部分には、内周側へ括れるように内外周面が共に滑らかに縮径させられた鼓形状部が設けられており、
該鼓形状部の最小内径寸法は前記支持部材の外径寸法よりも小さくて締め代を有し、該鼓形状部の少なくとも最小径部分は該支持部材の外周面に弾性的に密着させられている
ことを特徴とする車両用ペダル装置の軸受部構造。 - 前記鼓形状部の軸方向の両側には、それぞれ軸心と平行な一定の径寸法の平行部が該鼓形状部から連続して設けられており、
該鼓形状部の自然状態における外周面側の軸方向長さL1は、前記鍔部を含めた前記鍔付きブッシュの全長の40%〜60%の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ペダル装置の軸受部構造。 - 前記鼓形状部は、自然状態における軸心を含む断面形状において内外周面がそれぞれ一定の半径の円弧で、外周面側の円弧の半径R1は内周面側の円弧の半径R2よりも小さいとともに、該外周面側の円弧の凹み深さt1は0.1mm〜0.3mmの範囲内で、該内周面側の円弧の突出高さt2は0.01mm〜0.2mmの範囲内で且つ該凹み深さt1よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用ペダル装置の軸受部構造。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車両用ペダル装置の軸受部構造に用いられる鍔付きブッシュ。
