Claims (16)
- 家電製品及び建築材料として用いられる真空断熱材であって、
長繊維が水平に配列されたガラス繊維紙を備え、前記ガラス繊維紙を積み重ねて縫い合わせたことを特徴とする断熱材。 - 前記長繊維はガラス繊維であり、1〜100mmの長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材。
- 前記長繊維は、平均直径が7μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱材。
- 前記ガラス繊維紙は、0.1〜2mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材。
- 前記ガラス繊維紙を少なくとも2枚以上積み重ねてなり、周縁部が縫い合わせられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材。
- 前記ガラス繊維紙を積み重ねて縫い合わせ、外観を包むフィルム製の外皮を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材。

長さ1〜100mm及び平均直径7μm以上の長繊維を浄水とバインダとが混合された混合物に投入して前記長繊維が凝結されて繊維紙を構成し、前記長繊維は水平に配列されて薄い繊維紙に製作され、前記繊維紙を2枚以上積み重ねて縫い合わされたことを特徴とする断熱材。 - 前記繊維紙に着色剤及び難燃剤が混入されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の断熱材。
- 真空断熱材を製造する方法であって、
水槽に入れられた浄水にバインダを投入し、攪拌して粘着溶液を製造するステップと、
前記粘着溶液に長繊維を投入するステップと、
前記長繊維をメッシュベルトに供給して水分を除去し、前記メッシュベルトは左右及び前後の方向に運動しながら前記長繊維を均一に伸ばすステップと、
前記長繊維を乾燥させてガラス繊維紙を製造するステップと、
前記ガラス繊維紙をロール状に巻き取るステップと、
前記ガラス繊維紙ロールを多層状に準備し、前記ロールから供給された前記ガラス繊維紙を少なくとも2枚以上積み重ねて縫い合わせるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする断熱材の製造方法。 - 浄水100重量部に対してバインダ1〜20重量部を投入して攪拌することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記バインダは、アクリル樹脂系、PVA系、ウレタン樹脂系、エポキシ樹脂系及びフェノール樹脂系及びポリアミド系よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記長繊維は、溶融されたガラスを、ブッシングを用いてフィラメント状に紡糸して製造され、平均直径が7μm以上であり、長さは1〜100mmであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
- 乾燥された前記ガラス繊維は、0.1〜2mmの厚さに製作されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
- 真空断熱材を製造する方法であって、
水槽に浄水100重量部と、アクリル樹脂系バインダ1〜20重量部と、難燃剤5〜30重量部及び着色剤0.1〜5重量部を混入して粘着溶液を製造するステップと、
前記粘着溶液に長さ10〜40mmの長繊維を投入して凝結させるステップと、
前記長繊維をメッシュベルトに供給して前後左右に揺動するメッシュベルトの上に均一に伸ばすステップと、
前記メッシュベルト上面の前記長繊維を乾燥温度30〜200℃で乾燥して厚さ0.5〜2mmのガラス繊維紙を製作するステップと、
前記ガラス繊維紙を少なくとも2枚以上積み重ねて縫い合わせるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする断熱材の製造方法。 - 前記着色剤は、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、カーボン粉末、カルシウム、マグネシウム、カドミウム及びクロムよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記難燃剤は、ハロゲン系難燃剤、臭素系難燃剤若しくはリン系難燃剤及び無機系難燃剤よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の断熱材の製造方法。
