Abstract
Description
a)前記部分を、前記ベース部分が組立面上に置かれて垂直方向に配置されており、且つ、前記重ね合わせ部分が前記ベース部分内で同軸に配置されている、初期位置に設けるステップと、
b)前記重ね合わせ部分を選択的に持ち上げることが可能な組立手段を設けるステップと、
c)オペレータ支持手段を、前記ベース部分の上縁部と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて、前記ベース部分の外表面に設けるステップと、
d)初期位置にある部分のうち径方向で最も内側の重ね合わせ部分を、持ち上げられている前記重ね合わせ部分の下端部が、持ち上げられている前記部分に関して、径方向外側で直に隣接した部分の上端部と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて位置されている組立位置に、前記組立手段によって持ち上げて、このように持ち上げられている前記重ね合わせ部分の下端部と、持ち上げられている前記部分に関して径方向外側で直に隣接した部分の上端部と、の間に接合部を形成し、それによって、前記接合部が、前記オペレータ支持手段と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて位置するステップと、
e)互いに対応する部分を前記オペレータ支持手段に収容されているオペレータによって少なくとも一時的に固定するための固定装置を、前記接合部に設けるステップと、
f)ステップd)及びe)を少なくとも一度繰り返すステップと、を含んでいる。
Claims (10)
- ベース部分(10)と複数の重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)とを備え、前記ベース部分(10)の直径が前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)の直径よりも大きい、少なくとも1つの組立コンクリート部分を含む伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法であって、
a)前記部分(2,4,6,8,10)を、前記ベース部分(10)が組立面(200)上に置かれて垂直に配置されており、且つ、前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)が前記ベース部分(10)内に同軸で配置されている、初期位置に設けるステップと、
b)前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)を選択的に持ち上げることが可能な組立手段(14,18,18)を設けるステップと、
c)オペレータ支持手段(20)を、前記ベース部分(10)の上縁部と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて、前記ベース部分(10)の外表面に設けるステップと、
d)前記初期位置にある部分のうち径方向で最も内側の重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)を、持ち上げられている前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)の下端部が、持ち上げられている前記部分(2,4,6,8)に関して径方向外側で直に隣接した部分(4,6,8,10)の上端部と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて位置されている組立位置に、前記組立手段(14,16,18)によって持ち上げて、このように持ち上げられている前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)の下端部と、持ち上げられている前記部分(2,4,6,8)に関して径方向外側で直に隣接した部分(4,6,8,10)の上端部と、の間に接合部を形成し、それによって、前記接合部が、前記オペレータ支持手段(20)と本質的に垂直方向で一致させて位置するステップと、
e)互いに対応する部分(2,4,6,8,10)を前記オペレータ支持手段(20)に収容されているオペレータによって少なくとも一時的に固定するための固定装置を、前記接合部に設けるステップと、
f)ステップd)及びe)を少なくとも一度繰り返すステップと、を含んでいる伸縮式タワーの組立方法。 - 前記方法は、逆に実行される、
請求項1に記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記組立手段は、外部クレーンを備えており、又はセルフクライミング(self-climbing)組立手段を備えており、又はその組合せを備えている、
請求項1又は2に記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記セルフクライミング組立手段は、他の部分(4,6,8,10)にもたれながら部分(2,4,6,8)を持ち上げるケーブル及びジャッキのセット、又は前記部分を上方に押し上げる液圧式ジャッキ、又は前記部分を上方に押し上げるラックアンドピニオンセット、又はその組合せを備えている、
請求項3に記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記セルフクライミング組立手段は、各重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)に関して、
前記重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)のそれぞれの下端部と、径方向外側で直に隣接した部分(4,6,8,10)の上端部と、を接続する少なくとも2つのケーブル(16)と、
前記ケーブル(16)のそれぞれを、各下端部に固定する制限手段(18)と、
各ケーブル(16)及び順にこの各下端部を上方へ持ち上げるための牽引手段(14)と、を含んでいる、
請求項3に記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記制限手段は、少なくとも1つのウエッジ及びストッププレートセット(18)を含んでおり、及び/又は、
前記牽引手段は、少なくとも1つのジャッキ(14)を含んでいる、
請求項5に記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記伸縮式タワー(100)は、所定の軌跡に沿って持ち上げられている部分(2,4,6,8)を案内するための案内手段(22,24,26)を備えている、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の伸縮式タワー(100)の組立方法。 - 前記案内手段は、
前記ベース部分(10)の上縁部を超えて上方へ延びるように、前記ベース部分(10)の外表面に下部で固定された少なくとも1つの固定部材(22)と、
前記ベース部分(10)の上縁部の上方の位置に前記固定部材(22)から出現する少なくとも1つの緊張部材(24)と、
前記緊張部材(24)の自由端に配置された少なくとも1つの変位要素(26)と、を含んでおり、
前記緊張部材(24)は、持ち上げられている重ね合わせ部分(2,4,6,8)に前記変位要素(26)を押し付けるように配置されている、
