Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施例にかかる発泡シートは、ポリ乳酸樹脂を含む樹脂層を少なくとも一つ含む発泡シートであり、前記樹脂層に含まれたポリ乳酸樹脂は架橋されたものであって、
発泡セルはクローズド構造であることを特徴とする。
本発明のまた別の一実施例にかかる発泡シートの製造方法は、ポリ乳酸樹脂を含む樹脂層を少なくとも一つ含む発泡シートの製造方法であり、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部、架橋剤0.001重量部ないし10重量部を含む第1組成物を昇温して架橋すること;前記の架橋された第1組成物にポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して発泡剤0.1重量部ないし10重量部をさらに添加して得た第2組成物を、押出またはカレンダリングしてシートを製造すること;前記シートをオーブンに通過させて発泡させることを含むことを特徴とする。
以下では、本発明の好ましい実施例による発泡シートの製造例、および比較例による製造例を提示する。但し、これは本発明の好ましい例示として提示するものであり、如何なる意味でもこれによって本発明が制限されると解釈してはならない。
非晶質ポリ乳酸(Natureworks)100重量部に、架橋剤であるt―ブチル―2―エチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート0.3重量部、架橋助剤であるトリアリルイソシアヌレート0.1重量部をスーパーミキサーで原料を混合した後、160度の二軸押出器を用いて架橋反応させ、ペレット形態に架橋樹脂を製造した。製造された架橋樹脂100重量部に、充填剤(炭酸カルシウム)100重量部、可塑剤(クエン酸)40重量部、発泡剤(アゾジカーボネート80%/4,4’―オキシジベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド20%)5重量部、発泡助剤(ジンクネオデカーボネート)2重量部を、130度のバンバリーミキサーでよく混錬して発泡成形用組成物を製造した。製造された組成物を、100度に設定された2本ロールを用いて120μm厚のシートを製造した後、190度の発泡オーブンで40秒間滞留させて発泡シートを完成させた。
架橋剤を入れなかった点を除いては、実施例と同一条件で発泡シートを製造した。
実施例と比較例の物性(引張強度、浸漬収縮率)および発泡倍率に対する評価結果は、下記表1に示した通りである。
Claims (21)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂を含む樹脂層を少なくとも一つ含む発泡シートにおいて、
前記樹脂層に含まれたポリ乳酸樹脂は架橋されたものであり、発泡セルはクローズド構造であることを特徴とする発泡シート。 - 前記樹脂層は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して、架橋剤0.001重量部ないし10重量部、発泡剤0.1重量部ないし10重量部を含む生分解性樹脂組成物によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、L―ポリラクチド、D―ポリラクチド、L,D―ポリラクチドから選ばれた1以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記架橋剤は、ジクミルパーオキシドまたはパーブチルパーオキシド、ジメチルジ―t―ブチルパーオキシヘキサン、t―ブチルエチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート、1,1―ジ(t―ブチルパーオキシ)―3,3,5―トリメチルシクロヘキサンから選ばれた1種以上の有機過酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記発泡剤は、アゾジカルボンアミド(azodicarbonamide)、p,p’―オキシビスベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(p,p’―oxybisbenzenesulfonylhydrazide)、p―トルエンスルホニルヒドラジド(p―toluenesulfonylhydrazide)、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(benzenesulfonylhydrazide)から選ばれた1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記生分解性樹脂組成物は、架橋助剤、発泡助剤、可塑剤、無機充填剤から選ばれた1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記架橋助剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して1.0重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記発泡助剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して10.0重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記可塑剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して100重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発泡シート。
- 前記無機充填剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して300重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発泡シート。
- ポリ乳酸樹脂を含む樹脂層を少なくとも一つ含む発泡シートの製造方法であり、
ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部、架橋剤0.001重量部ないし10重量部を含む第1組成物を昇温して架橋すること;
前記の架橋された第1組成物にポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して発泡剤0.1重量部ないし10重量部をさらに添加して得た第2組成物を、押出またはカレンダリングしてシートを製造すること;
前記シートをオーブンに通過させて発泡させること;
を含むことを特徴とする発泡シートの製造方法。 - 前記発泡シートの発泡セルは、クローズド構造であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記ポリ乳酸樹脂は、L―ポリラクチド、D―ポリラクチドから選ばれた1以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記架橋剤は、ジクミルパーオキシドまたはパーブチルパーオキシド、ジメチルジ―t―ブチルパーオキシヘキサン、t―ブチルエチルヘキシルモノパーオキシカーボネート、1,1―ジ(t―ブチルパーオキシ)―3,3,5―トリメチルシクロヘキサン等からなる群からから選ばれた1種以上の有機過酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記発泡剤は、アゾジカルボンアミド(azodicarbonamide)、p,p’―オキシビスベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(p,p’―oxybisbenzenesulfonylhydrazide)、p―トルエンスルホニルヒドラジド(p―toluenesulfonylhydrazide)、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド(benzenesulfonylhydrazide)から選ばれた1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記第1組成物は、架橋助剤、可塑剤から選ばれた1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記第2組成物は、発泡助剤、可塑剤、無機充填剤から選ばれた1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記架橋助剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して1.0重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記発泡助剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して10.0重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記可塑剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して100重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
- 前記無機充填剤の含量は、ポリ乳酸樹脂100重量部に対して300重量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の発泡シートの製造方法。
