Abstract
Description
ステッピングモータ1の出力軸1aの一端部1aにハブ4bをネジ4cによりネジ止めし、また、かさ歯車7aの駆動軸1cにハブ4aをネジ4cによりネジ止めして固着する。ここで、図4(a)に示すように、ハブ4a、4bの対向する端面間に両面の接触を阻止するため隙間gを設ける。

Claims (6)
- 超音波探触子において、探触子本体を搖動させる動力源の出力軸と前記探触子本体との間にカップリングを、また、前記動力源の前記出力軸にフライホイールを搖動自在に遊合して、前記探触子本体からの振動及び騒音の発生を軽減をしたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
- 前記カップリングが、2個の対向して配置したハブと、前記2個のハブの間に設けた緩衝材と、からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記カップリングの前記2個のハブの間に、前記緩衝材に加えて、圧縮コイルバネを設け、前記ハブを軸方向に付勢したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記カップリングを前記出力軸の一端部に、また、前記フライホイールを前記出力軸の他端部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記緩衝材が、シリコンゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記緩衝材が、平面視十字状の形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。
