本発明は上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (3)
- エンジン(10)と、ドライバの操作により走行レンジと非走行レンジとの切り替えが行われかつ変速の自動制御が実施される自動変速手段(20)とを備える車両に適用され、前記エンジンの運転中に所定の自動停止条件が成立した場合に前記エンジンを自動停止し、前記自動停止の後に所定の再始動条件が成立した場合に前記エンジンを再始動する車両の制御装置であって、
前記走行レンジ及び前記非走行レンジのうちいずれが選択されているかを検出するレンジ検出手段と、
前記車両の走行路面が、エンジン停止の許否を判定するための所定の判定傾斜角以上の登坂路であるか否かを判定する登坂路判定手段と、
前記登坂路判定手段により前記走行路面が前記判定傾斜角以上の登坂路であると判定され、かつ前記レンジ検出手段により前記走行レンジが選択されていることが検出された場合に前記自動停止を禁止し、前記登坂路判定手段により前記走行路面が前記判定傾斜角以上の登坂路であると判定され、かつ前記レンジ検出手段により前記非走行レンジが選択されていることが検出された場合に前記自動停止を許可する許否判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記非走行レンジから前記走行レンジへの切り替えが行われたことを前記再始動条件として含み、
前記許否判定手段により前記自動停止が許可され、かつドライバによりブレーキ操作が行われている場合に前記自動停止を実施する停止制御手段と、
前記停止制御手段による前記自動停止後において、前記ブレーキ操作が解除される前に前記レンジ検出手段により前記非走行レンジから前記走行レンジへの切り替えが行われたことが検出された場合に、該検出された時点で前記再始動を実施する再始動制御手段と、
を備える請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記走行路面が、前記判定傾斜角よりも急傾斜側に設定された所定の急傾斜角以上の登坂路であるか否かを判定する急傾斜判定手段を備え、
前記許否判定手段は、前記急傾斜判定手段により前記走行路面が前記急傾斜角以上の登坂路であると判定された場合、前記走行レンジ及び前記非走行レンジのいずれが選択されているかに関わらず前記自動停止を禁止する請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
