Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関及び電動機を駆動源とし、第1、第2クラッチC1、C2を備えるデュアルクラッチ式変速機である。第1クラッチCによって断接される第1入力軸1の一端側に、所定変速段のためのプラネタリギヤ機構40が設けられ、そのサンギヤ41は第1入力軸1及び電動機と一体回転し、リングギヤ44はケースに固定され、所定変速段を選択するために、プラネタリギヤキャリア43に対して断接可能にシンクロメッシュ機構60が設けられ、接続時に該キャリア43の回転をカウンタ軸3に伝達する。リングギヤ44は、円環状の取付部材45に取り付けられ、ケースに固定される。取付部材45の円周側面において、シンクロフォーク66の挿入用の開口45aと、組み付け作業時の便宜のために、手指を挿入し得る開口45bが形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関及び電動機を駆動源とする変速機であって、
第1断接手段を介して断接可能に前記内燃機関に結合する第1変速軸と、
第2断接手段を介して断接可能に前記内燃機関に結合する第2変速軸と、
前記第1変速軸に設けられ、1又は複数の変速段のいずれか1つに選択的に設定可能な第1変速ギヤ機構と、
前記第2変速軸に設けられ、1又は複数の変速段のいずれか1つに選択的に設定可能な第2変速ギヤ機構と、
前記第1及び第2変速ギヤ機構を介して前記第1及び第2変速軸に結合し、選択された変速段に対応する回転出力を生じるカウンタ軸と、
サンギヤ、プラネタリギヤ、リングギヤを備えるプラネタリギヤ機構であって、前記サンギヤは前記第1変速軸及び前記電動機と一体回転するように配置され、前記リングギヤは該変速機のケースに固定され、前記プラネタリギヤから変速出力を生じるように構成されたものと、
所定の変速段を選択するために、前記プラネタリギヤのキャリアに対して断接可能に設けられ、接続時に前記プラネタリギヤのキャリアの回転を前記カウンタ軸に伝達するように構成された結合要素と
を備える変速機。 - 前記プラネタリギヤ機構は前記第1変速軸の一端側に設けられ、
前記カウンタ軸と一体回転するカウンタ部材が前記第1変速軸と同心状に設けられており、
前記リングギヤは、円環状の取付部材の一端側に取り付けられていて、該取付部材が前記ケースに取り付けられるように構成されており、
前記結合要素は、前記プラネタリギヤのキャリアと一体回転するように構成された第1結合部材と、前記カウンタ部材と一体回転するように構成された第2結合部材と、機械的に変位することによって前記第1及び第2結合部材を断接する断接部材と、前記断接部材を変位させるための可動部材とを含み、
前記取付部材の円周側面において、前記可動部材の挿入を許す開口が形成されている、請求項1の変速機。 - 前記結合要素は、同期装置であって、前記断接部材は、シンクロナイザスリーブとシンクロナイザリングを含み、前記可動部材は、前記シンクロナイザスリーブに係合して軸方向に変位させるシフトフォークであり、
前記取付部材の円周側面に形成された前記可動部材の挿入を許す前記開口は、前記シフトフォークを挿入するための2つの開口であり、
前記取付部材の円周側面において、更なる開口が設けられており、該更なる開口は作業者の手指の挿入を許すサイズを有し、もって、前記取付部材の内側の部材を該挿入した指で保持できるようにするものである、請求項2の変速機。
