Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a pressing member used in a laminating apparatus in which a workpiece such as a solar cell module is disposed on a hot plate, and the workpiece heated by the hot plate is sandwiched between the hot plate and the pressing member to be laminated. The present invention relates to a hardness meter for measuring the hardness of a diaphragm.
Conventionally, when manufacturing a solar cell module, a laminating apparatus has been used (Patent Document 1). The laminating apparatus has an upper case having a diaphragm that is expandable downward, and a lower case having a hot plate. When laminating a solar cell module, first, the solar cell module on which the constituent members are superimposed is transported to a space formed by the upper case and the lower case. Next, the laminating apparatus evacuates the space formed by the upper case and the lower case, arranges the solar cell module on the hot plate, and then heats the constituent members, and then converts the atmospheric pressure inside the upper case. Is introduced. By doing so, the solar cell module is sandwiched and laminated between the diaphragm and the hot plate, and each component of the solar cell module is bonded and sealed with the molten filler.
Since the diaphragm for such a laminating apparatus is used in the above-mentioned state, its lifetime is short and it is difficult to determine the replacement time. In addition, no method has been proposed to determine when to replace the diaphragm.
Here, the diaphragm used for the laminating apparatus will be described. The laminating apparatus has an upper case having a diaphragm that is expandable downward, and a lower case having a hot plate. The solar cell module material is stacked in a state where the upper case and the lower case are opened, and is conveyed onto the hot plate of the lower case. Thereafter, the upper case and the lower case are stacked one above the other to form a closed space. The space is divided by an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a diaphragm. The hot plate in the lower case is already heated. Therefore, the cover glass and the filler, which are transparent substrates, which are constituent members of the solar cell module, are heated, and the filler starts to melt. The upper chamber and the lower chamber are evacuated, and after reaching a certain degree of vacuum, the atmosphere is introduced into the upper chamber. As a result, the diaphragm of the upper case expands downward, and the constituent members of the solar cell module are sandwiched between the hot plate and the diaphragm and laminated.
This diaphragm is exposed to a gas containing an organic peroxide or the like generated in the process of melting the filler, which is a constituent member of the solar cell module, during the lamination process. The gas enters the inside of the diaphragm and enters a state of overcrosslinking. Further, the diaphragm bends at the end of the solar cell module when the component of the solar cell module is sandwiched between the hot plate during lamination. For this reason, the diaphragm breaks due to a crack generated from a bent portion or the like by multiple use. Even if it does not break, if a crack occurs, the evacuation is incomplete and the pinching pressure is insufficient, resulting in defective processing of the product. Moreover, when it breaks suddenly, the replacement | exchange is a serious operation | work and causes the fall of the production efficiency of a solar cell. Therefore, it is important to predict the replacement time of the diaphragm in order to smoothly produce the solar cell.
As a means for predicting the replacement time of the diaphragm, there is a method of measuring the hardness of the diaphragm in use with a Shore A hardness meter (or JISA hardness meter). According to this method, a probe having a sharp tip is pressed against the diaphragm, so that the diaphragm is damaged and the life of the diaphragm is shortened.
Generally, when the hardness of a rubber is measured with a hardness meter, if the hardness meter is pushed too much against the rubber, the hardness is higher than the original and does not show a normal value.
In general, the hardness meter is used in such a form that the object to be measured is pressed down from above. When measuring the hardness of the diaphragm with the diaphragm attached to the laminating device, measure the hardness in the form of pressing from below because the diaphragm, which is the object to be measured, is located above the hardness meter. become. This is different from the general measurement mode of hardness.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a hardness meter that accurately measures the hardness of a diaphragm used in a laminating apparatus.

In order to achieve the above object, the hardness meter of the first invention comprises:
It has an upper chamber and a lower chamber partitioned by a diaphragm, and a workpiece is disposed on a hot plate provided in the lower chamber, and the workpiece heated by the hot plate is vacuumed in the lower chamber. A rubber hardness meter for measuring the hardness of a diaphragm used in a laminating apparatus for laminating by introducing air into the upper chamber and sandwiching and laminating between the hot plate and the diaphragm,
A hardness measurement display unit having a probe in contact with the diaphragm, which is an object to be measured;
A pressing unit that presses the hardness measurement display unit against the diaphragm that is the object to be measured;
A gripping part for gripping the hardness meter;
With
The grip portion is connected to the pressing portion so as to have an opening,
The hardness measurement display unit is fixed to the pressing unit,
The hardness measurement display unit is housed in the opening,
The pressing part has a flat part whose ratio of the short side to the long side is 1-2,
In a state where the diaphragm is attached to the laminating apparatus, the hardness of the diaphragm is measured by pressing the flat portion against the diaphragm.
According to the hardness meter of the first invention, the hardness after use of the diaphragm used in the laminating apparatus is measured by setting the hardness meter perpendicular to the measurement surface of the diaphragm in a state of being attached to the laminating apparatus. Can do. In the hardness meter of the first invention, when the hardness meter is pressed against the diaphragm which is the object to be measured, the pressing portion has a flat portion whose ratio of the short side to the long side is 1 to 2, and has a hardness against the diaphragm. The meter can be pressed in a stable posture. Further, there is a grip part connected to the pressing part, and a measurer can grip the grip part to measure the hardness of the diaphragm. Furthermore, the hardness measurement display unit is fixed to the pressing unit and is housed in an opening formed by the pressing unit and the gripping unit. Therefore, it is easy for the measurer to grip when measuring the hardness of the diaphragm, and the display of the hardness meter is easy to read.
Further, the hardness meter of the first invention can measure the pressing hardness against the diaphragm of the laminating apparatus by gripping the grip part without the handle part. In many laminating apparatuses, a release sheet is provided so as to cover the entire surface of the diaphragm in order to prevent a filler melted during the laminating process from adhering to the diaphragm. Therefore, when measuring the hardness of the diaphragm, the hardness of the diaphragm is measured by inserting a hardness meter between the diaphragm and the release sheet. The hardness meter of the present invention does not have a handle. The measurer can hold the grip portion and easily enter the hardness meter between the diaphragm and the release sheet to measure the hardness of the diaphragm. By downsizing the hardness meter in this way, it has become possible to measure the hardness of the diaphragm even in narrow spaces that could not be measured so far. This makes it possible to measure the hardness of various parts of the diaphragm, and the life prediction accuracy of the diaphragm has been greatly improved.
The hardness meter according to a second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the first aspect, a confirmation window for confirming a contact state between the probe of the hardness measurement display unit and the object to be measured is provided in the pressing portion.
According to the hardness meter of the second aspect of the invention, the window is provided so that the position of the measuring object is in contact with the pressing portion where the hardness meter is brought into contact with the diaphragm. Diaphragms for laminating apparatuses are often over-crosslinked by use and the portions that are bent many times often become brittle and break. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately grasp the hardness of such a breakable portion. With the rubber hardness meter of the present invention having such a configuration, the measurer can accurately measure the hardness by setting the hardness measurement of the diaphragm at a position where it can be easily broken and bringing it into contact.
A diaphragm hardness meter used in the laminating apparatus according to this embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.
また、充填材13、14にはEVA(エチレンビニルアセテート)樹脂等が使用される。
Here, first, the

Further, the
Next, the laminating process by the
Next, the lifting device lowers the
Next, the
Since the
Next, the
At this time, although the
After the laminating process is thus completed, the
Lamination is performed as described above. In the process, the filler (EVA) is melted to generate a gas containing an organic peroxide. Even when the surface of the
Further, the diaphragm bends at the end of the

The configuration of the

The
Further, the measuring element P of the hardness
The
The height from the contact surface S of the pressing portion of the hardness meter of the present invention to the apex of the gripping portion is preferably 15 cm or less. If this height exceeds 15 cm, it may be difficult to insert the hardness meter between the diaphragm and the release sheet in measuring the hardness of the diaphragm.

A method of using the hardness meter of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the hardness of the diaphragm is measured, as shown in FIG. 9, the
Since the hardness meter of the present invention has a handle portion and a very compact configuration, it can be easily inserted between the
As described above, the hardness of the diaphragm can be accurately measured by setting and pressing the hardness meter of the present invention on the diaphragm.
