Abstract
Description
図1から図9を参照して、第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、動力伝達装置に関する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のスケルトン図、図2は、第1実施形態に係る車両のブロック図、図3は、第1実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のTHSモードに係る共線図、図4は、THSモード時のセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを示す図、図5は、第1実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のODロックモードに係る共線図、図6は、ODロックモード時のセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを示す図、図7は、第1実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のモード遷移時に係る共線図、図8は、モード遷移時の必要推力の説明図、図9は、第1実施形態に係る動力伝達装置の要部断面図である。
図10から図12を参照して、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態については、上記第1実施形態で説明したものと同様の機能を有する構成要素には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。図10は、第2実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のスケルトン図、図11は、第2実施形態に係る動力伝達装置の要部断面図、図12は、第2実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のODロックモードの共線図である。本実施形態の動力伝達装置102において、上記第1実施形態の動力伝達装置101と異なる点は、第二差動機構80がダブルピニオン式の遊星歯車機構である点、および第二差動機構80に対してオイルポンプ90が別軸上に配置されており、オイルポンプ90が第二キャリア84によって回転駆動される点である。
図13を参照して、第3実施形態について説明する。第3実施形態については、上記第1乃至第2実施形態で説明したものと同様の機能を有する構成要素には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。図13は、第3実施形態に係る動力伝達装置のスケルトン図である。第3実施形態の動力伝達装置103において、上記各実施形態の動力伝達装置101,102と異なる点は、SOWC40が制振機構9を介して車体側に接続されている点である。
上記第1乃至第3実施形態のブレーキ機構は、SOWC40であったが、SOWC40に代えて、他のブレーキ機構が用いられてもよい。また、SOWC40の具体的な構成は、上記各実施形態に開示されたものには限定されない。

- 機関と、
第一回転機と、
前記機関とは別軸上に配置された第二回転機と、
ブレーキ機構と、
前記第一回転機が接続されたサンギアと、前記機関が接続されたキャリアと、前記第二回転機および駆動輪が接続されたリングギアと、を有する第一差動機構と、
前記第一回転機が接続された第一回転要素と、前記ブレーキ機構によって回転が規制される第二回転要素と、前記機関が接続された第三回転要素と、を有する第二差動機構と、
前記第二差動機構を収容するケースと、
を備え、
前記第二差動機構は、軸方向において前記第一回転機を挟んで前記第一差動機構とは反対側に配置され、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記第二回転要素の回転を規制することで、前記機関の回転が増速されて前記リングギアから出力されるオーバードライブ状態とし、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記ケース内に配置されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 更に、前記第二差動機構とは別軸上に配置されたオイルポンプを備え、
前記オイルポンプを回転駆動するポンプ駆動ギアは、前記第三回転要素と接続されており、前記第三回転要素と一体回転する
請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ブレーキ機構は、前記第二回転要素の一方向の回転を規制する規制状態と、前記第二回転要素の両方向の回転を許容する許容状態とに切り替え可能なセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチである
請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記規制状態から前記許容状態に切り替える場合、前記第一回転機によって前記第二回転要素を前記一方向とは反対方向に回転させた状態で前記規制状態から前記許容状態に切り替える
請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記許容状態から前記規制状態に切り替える場合、前記第一回転機によって前記第二回転要素を前記一方向とは反対方向に回転させた状態で前記許容状態から前記規制状態に切り替える
