Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 小児患者受入領域を定めるとともに磁気共鳴イメージングスキャナの患者支持テーブルに取り付けられるように構成されたローカルRFコイル組立体と;
小児患者を受け入れるように且つ前記小児患者受入領域に配置された前記小児患者の少なくとも一部とともに長手方向にスライドして前記ローカルRFコイル組立体に係合するように構成された小児患者搬送台と;を有する、
小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記患者搬送台は:
関連した前記小児患者を支持するとともに前記患者支持テーブルに配置された前記ローカルRFコイル組立体と相互に作用するように長手方向にスライド自在に平行移動するように構成されたベース面;
前記ベース面の第1の端部に隣接するとともに、前記RFコイル組立体の一部と係合するように構成された搬送台肩部;及び
関連した前記小児患者の頭部を支持するように、前記第1の端部において前記搬送台肩部に隣接する頭部領域;を含む、
請求項1に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記患者搬送台は:
前記第1の端部の反対側の第2の端部から延びる把持面をさらに含み、前記把持面は、関連するオペレータによって装置の制御された動きを可能にするように構成される、
請求項2に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記頭部領域に移動可能に接続されるシールドを含み、前記シールドは前記患者の頭部を囲む位置に動くように構成される、
請求項2又は3に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記ローカルRFコイル組立体は、頭部コイル、後方コイル、及び前方ボディコイルを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記後方コイルはガイド面を定め、前記搬送台は、前記ローカルRFコイル組立体及び前記患者搬送台を位置合わせするように前記後方コイルガイド面にスライド式に係合する相互作用ガイド面を定める、
請求項5に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記患者搬送台は、前記搬送台が前記受入領域に受け入れられるとき、前記ローカルRFコイル組立体の嵌め合い構造に当接する搬送台肩部を含む、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記搬送台及び前記ローカルRFコイル組立体は、前記搬送台を前記患者受入領域に解放可能に保持するインターロック構造を含む、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記インターロック構造は、前記搬送台100を前記患者受入領域に確実にロックすることなしに、前記搬送台が前記RFコイル組立体に位置するとき触覚フィードバックを提供する、戻り止め及び凹所構造を含む、
請求項8に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前方ボディコイルを動作位置に保持するように前記搬送台に係合するとともに、前記搬送台が前記患者受入領域から引き出されることに応じて前記前方ボディコイルを前記動作位置から解放するように構成された、ラチェット部材をさらに含む、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記前方ボディコイルは、休止位置と動作位置との間で回動するように前記頭部コイルに回動可能に取り付けられる、
請求項5乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 前記前方ボディコイルは、前記前方ボディコイルを休止位置に回動するように付勢するカウンターウェイトを含む、
請求項5乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の小児患者取り扱い組立体。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の組立体での使用のための患者搬送台。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の組立体での使用のためのローカルRFコイル組立体。
- 大人の患者を受け入れるとともに調べるように構成された磁気共鳴イメージングスキャナ内で小児患者を取り扱うための方法であって:
ローカルRFコイル組立体を患者支持テーブルに取り付けるステップ;
前記小児患者を搬送台内に配置するステップ;
前記搬送台を前記患者支持テーブルに位置決めするステップ;
前記患者搬送台を前記ローカルRFコイル組立体と係合させるステップ;
係合した前記搬送台及び前記RFコイル組立体とともに前記テーブルを前記磁気共鳴イメージングスキャナの撮像領域に移動するステップ;及び
前記患者を前記磁気共鳴イメージングスキャナ内でスキャンするステップ;を有する、
方法。 - 前記患者は月齢が0ヶ月と18ヶ月との間である、
請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記搬送台が前記患者支持テーブル上で位置決めされ且つ前記ローカルRFコイル組立体に係合された後、前記ローカルRFコイル組立体の前方ボディコイルを動作位置に下降させるステップをさらに含む、
請求項15又は16に記載の方法。 - 前記搬送台を前記ローカルRFコイル組立体から引き離すステップをさらに含み、前記引き離すステップは、前記前方ボディコイルを前記動作位置から開位置に動かすように解放する、
請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記小児患者は、MRI遮蔽室の外で前記搬送台内に配置される、
請求項15乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記患者搬送台を前記ローカルRFコイル組立体に係合させる前に、少なくとも1つのチューブ、ワイヤ、又は導管部材を前記患者に結合するステップをさらに含み、前記チューブ、ワイヤ、又は導管部材は関連する医療機器から延びる、
請求項15乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
