Abstract
Description
受け入れ空間2は、熱交換器の全体が位置する吸気ハウジング1の領域である。言い換えると、受け入れ空間2は、熱交換器によって占められる空間と同一あるいは略同一である。

− 第1の要素4の延長部16および第2の要素5の延長部17、
− 第1および第2の平面領域18,24、
− 第1および第2の湾曲領域20,22、および、
− 前面14
によって画定される。
− 金属部品によって範囲が定められた熱交換器を受け入れるための空間、
− ハウジング内の流れ方向で受け入れ空間の上流側に位置される吸気チャンバ、
− ハウジング内の流れ方向で受け入れ空間の下流側に位置される排出チャンバ、
− 少なくとも金属部品と一体の延長部によって範囲が定められている各チャンバ。
− 少なくとも熱交換器、その熱交換器と対向して配置されて延長部16を含む金属部品4、および、蓋32を事前に組み付けるプロセス、
− 蝋付けするために事前に組み付けられた部品を同時に炉内に配置するプロセス。
Claims (10)
- 内燃エンジン用の吸気ハウジング(1)であって、
当該吸気ハウジング内で循環する供給ガス流と冷却剤との間で熱を交換するための熱交換器(31)を受け入れ可能であり、
当該吸気ハウジング(1)は、供給ガスの循環のための空間(3)と、前記熱交換器(31)を受け入れるための空間(2)とを含み、
前記受け入れるための空間(2)は少なくとも1つの第1の金属部品(4,5)によって規定され、前記第1の金属部品は、第1の金属部品(4,5)と一体になった少なくとも1つの延長部(16,17)を含み、
前記延長部(16,17)は、供給ガスの循環のための前記空間(3)を少なくとも部分的に規定する吸気ハウジング(1)。 - 前記第1の金属部品(4,5)は、少なくとも一部がアルミニウムから成るとともに加圧成形により形成されるプレートである請求項1に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記延長部(16,17)は、前記第1の金属部品(4,5)が位置する面と一致する面内に位置する請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記受け入れるための空間(2)は、第2の金属部品(5)によって範囲が定められ、この第2の金属部品は該第2の金属部品(5)と一体の延長部(17)を含み、
前記延長部(17)は、前記熱交換器(31)に対して前記第1の金属部品(4)と反対側で前記供給ガス循環空間(3)の範囲を定める請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ハウジング。 - 前記供給ガス循環空間(3)の範囲を定めるために、前記第1の金属部品(4)と前記第2の金属部品(5)との間で延びる蓋(32)を含む請求項4に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記延長部(16,17)は、少なくとも1つの機械的補強材(28)を含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記第1の金属部品(4)は、前記熱交換器(31)に固定される請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記第1の金属部品(4)は、前記熱交換器(31)の一部を形成する端部プレートである請求項7に記載の吸気ハウジング。
- 前記供給ガス循環空間(3)は、前記ガスのための吸気オリフィス(37)を含み、
前記延長部(16,17)の大部分が前記吸気オリフィス(37)と同じ側にある請求項4に記載の吸気ハウジング。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ハウジング(1)と、
前記吸気ハウジング(1)内の熱交換器(31)と、
を含む内燃エンジンの吸気モジュール(30)。
