Claims (30)
- エンジン(12)と、前記エンジン(12)のエンジン入口側(16)に接続された給気冷却器(14)と、前記給気冷却器(14)を迂回する空気バイパス(20)とを備え、且つ、1つ以上のEGR管(24)を介して前記エンジン(12)のエンジン出口側(18)とエンジン入口側(16)の間に接続されたEGRシステム(22)を備えているエンジン配置(10)であって、
前記空気バイパス(20)は、EGR管(24)の空気バイパスポート(26)において前記EGRシステム(22)に入り、前記EGRシステム(22)の前記エンジン出口側(18)及び/又はEGR冷却器(38)の上流で空気(34)が排気ガス(32)と混合される、エンジン配置(10)。 - 空気/排気ガス混合気(36)内の冷却/非冷却空気(34)及び/又は冷却/非冷却排気ガス(32)の比率を制御することによって前記空気/排気ガス混合気(36)のエンジン入口温度(T_in)を制御するための制御装置(40)が設けられる、請求項1に記載のエンジン配置。
- エンジン(12)と、空気管(30)を介して前記エンジン(12)のエンジン入口側(16)に接続された給気冷却器(14)と、前記給気冷却器(14)を迂回する空気バイパス(20)と、1つ以上のEGR管(24)を介して前記エンジン(12)のエンジン出口側(18)とエンジン入口側(16)の間に接続されたEGRシステム(22)とを備えており、空気/排気ガス混合気(36)内の冷却/非冷却空気(34)及び/又は冷却/非冷却排気ガス(32)の比率を制御することによって前記空気/排気ガス混合気(36)のエンジン入口温度(T_in)を制御するための制御装置(40)が設けられる、特に請求項1に記載のエンジン配置(10)。
- 前記制御装置(40)は、前記EGRシステム(22)の前記エンジン出口側(18)において前記空気バイパス(20)からの非冷却空気(34)又は給気冷却器(14)からの冷却空気(34)を前記EGRシステム(22)からの排気ガス(32)と混合することによって、前記空気/排気ガス混合気(36)の前記エンジン入口温度(T_in)を制御するために設けられる、請求項3に記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記制御装置(40)は、空気(34)をEGRバイパス(44)からの非冷却排気ガス(32)又はEGR冷却器(38)からの冷却排気ガス(32)と混合することによって、前記空気/排気ガス混合気(36)の前記エンジン入口温度(T_in)を制御するために設けられる、請求項3又は4に記載のエンジン配置。
- スロットル(42)が前記空気管(30)内に配設される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- スロットルが前記空気管(30)及び前記空気バイパス(20)内に配設される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記空気/排気ガス混合気の前記エンジン入口温度(T_in)は、最低温度(T_scr)と最高温度(T_max)の間で決定される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記エンジン出口側(18)及び前記エンジン入口側(16)はEGR冷却器(38)のない直接EGR管(28)を介して接続され、前記空気バイパス(20)は前記直接EGR管(28)を介して前記EGRシステム(22)に入る、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記直接EGR管(28)は、1つ以上のEGR冷却器(38)を迂回するEGRバイパス(44)である、請求項9に記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記空気バイパス(20)は、第1のEGR冷却器(38a)と第2のEGR冷却器(38b)の間で前記EGRシステム(22)に入る、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記EGR管(24)内の前記空気バイパスポート(26)の下流のEGR管セグメント(46)は混合室(48)として設計される、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記給気冷却器(14)は空冷式装置(70)である、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記給気冷却器(14)は冷却液冷却式装置(70)である、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載のエンジン配置を備えている車両(50)。
- エンジンと、前記エンジンのエンジン入口側に接続された給気冷却器と、前記給気冷却器を迂回する空気バイパスとを備え、且つ、1つ以上のEGR管を介して前記エンジンのエンジン出口側とエンジン入口側の間に接続されたEGRシステムを備えており、前記空気バイパスは、EGR管の空気バイパスポートにおいて前記EGRシステムに入り、前記EGRシステムの前記エンジン出口側及び/又はEGR冷却器の上流で空気が排気ガスと混合される、エンジン配置。
- 空気/排気ガス混合気内の冷却/非冷却空気及び/又は冷却/非冷却排気ガスの比率を制御することによって前記空気/排気ガス混合気のエンジン入口温度を制御するための制御装置が設けられる、請求項16に記載のエンジン配置。
- エンジンと、空気管を介して前記エンジンのエンジン入口側に接続された給気冷却器と、前記給気冷却器を迂回する空気バイパスとを備え、且つ、1つ以上のEGR管を介して前記エンジンのエンジン出口側とエンジン入口側の間に接続されたEGRシステムを備えており、空気/排気ガス混合気内の冷却/非冷却空気及び/又は冷却/非冷却排気ガスの比率を制御することによって前記空気/排気ガス混合気のエンジン入口温度を制御するための制御装置が設けられる、エンジン配置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記EGRシステムの前記エンジン出口側において前記空気バイパスからの非冷却空気又は給気冷却器からの冷却空気を前記EGRシステムからの排気ガスと混合することによって、前記空気/排気ガス混合気の前記エンジン入口温度を制御するために設けられる、請求項18に記載のエンジン配置。
- 前記制御装置は、空気をEGRバイパスからの非冷却排気ガス又はEGR冷却器からの冷却排気ガスと混合することによって、前記空気/排気ガス混合気の前記エンジン入口温度を制御するために設けられる、請求項18に記載のエンジン配置。
- スロットルが前記空気管内に配設される、請求項16又は18に記載のエンジン配置。
- スロットルが前記空気管及び前記空気バイパス内に配設される、請求項16又は18に記載のエンジン配置。
