Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明に係るインナーバッグを含む真空断熱材及びこれを製造する方法は、芯材を製造する段階と、前記芯材の全体表面を通気性フィルム素材のインナーバッグで圧縮包装する段階と、前記インナーバッグの上部にゲッターを配置する段階と、前記インナーバッグの上部に外被材を真空包装する段階とを含み、前記インナーバッグは、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエステル(PET)及びポリエチレン(PE)のうち一つ以上で製造され、微細ホールを有する通気性フィルムを用いる。

Description
まず、図2及び図3を参照して説明したグラスウールタイプの芯材を使用し、18g/m2のPP不織布を用いてインナーバッグを形成した。
前記実施例1と全ての条件が同一な真空断熱材を製造し、18g/m2のPET不織布を用いてインナーバッグを形成した。
前記実施例1と全ての条件が同一な真空断熱材を製造し、40g/m2のPE通気性フィルムを用いてインナーバッグを形成した。
前記実施例1と全ての条件が同一な真空断熱材を製造し、ポリエチレン非通気性フィルムを用いてインナーバッグを形成した。
無機バインダーを用いた湿式法で10×600×600mm(厚さ×幅×長さ)の芯材をグラスウールから製造した後、真空断熱材用に使用した。
Claims (13)
- 芯材の表面を1次的に圧縮包装する通気性フィルム素材のインナーバッグと、
前記インナーバッグの上部に真空包装される外被材と、
前記芯材と前記インナーバッグとの間に挿入され、または前記インナーバッグと前記外被材との間に挿入されるゲッターと
を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材。 - 前記インナーバッグは、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエステル(PET)及びポリエチレン(PE)のうち一つ以上で製造され、微細ホールを有する通気性フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記インナーバッグは、0.1〜10μmの粒径を有する微細ホールが形成された通気性フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記芯材は、20〜40mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記芯材は、2.0mW/mK以下の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記外被材は、表面保護層、金属バリア層及び接着層の積層構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記金属バリア層は、Alホイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記ゲッターは、純度95%以上の生石灰(CaO)粉末を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 芯材を製造する段階と、
前記芯材の全体表面を通気性フィルム素材のインナーバッグで圧縮包装する段階と、
前記インナーバッグの上部にゲッターを配置する段階と、
前記インナーバッグの上部に外被材を真空包装する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。 - 芯材を製造する段階と、
前記芯材にゲッターを挿入する段階と、
前記ゲッターを含む前記芯材の全体表面を通気性フィルム素材のインナーバッグで圧縮包装する段階と、
前記インナーバッグの上部に外被材を真空包装する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。 - 前記芯材は、平均直径が3〜7μmのグラスウールを用いて製造することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮包装する段階で、前記芯材は、圧下率50〜80%の厚さに圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記圧縮包装する段階後に、前記芯材を110〜130℃の温度で1〜2時間乾燥する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
