Description
−油圧ポンプの最小流量値を設定するステップと、
−車速を検出するステップと、
−検出された車速を処理するステップであって、検出された車速を基準速度値と比較することによって、車速が低速のため単独で油圧ポンプを最小流量まで駆動させることができない第1の動作モードで自動車が動作しているのか、又は車速が単独で少なくとも最小流量値を十分に達成できる第2の動作モードで動作しているのかを判定するステップと、
−遊星ギヤの動作を制御することによって、自動車が第1の動作モードで走行しているときは補機用電動機が油圧ポンプをギヤボックスの出力部と組み合わせて駆動させ、自動車が第2の動作モードで走行しているときはギヤボックスの出力部が油圧ポンプを単独で駆動させるようにするステップとを含む。
−しばしばサンギヤとよばれ、例えばギヤボックス5の出力部により駆動され、よって駆動輪の速度に比例する速度、即ち大抵の場合に車速に比例する速度で回転する、外向きのギヤを有する中央ギヤ6と、
−しばしばリングギヤとよばれ、例えば補機用電動機10により駆動される、内向きの歯を有する外輪ギヤ7と、
−油圧ポンプ2を駆動させる、中央ギヤ及び外輪ギヤ7と咬合する1つ以上の遊星ギヤ9を保持する遊星キャリヤ8との3つの部品を有する。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関により駆動されるギヤボックスを有する自動車油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させるデュアル駆動機構であって、前記ギヤボックスは前記自動車の駆動輪を機械的に駆動させる出力部を有し、前記自動車は前記油圧ポンプを駆動させる補機用電動機(10)を有するデュアル駆動機構であって、前記ギヤボックス(5)の出力部及び前記補機用電動機からの入力回転を、前記油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させる出力回転に変換する3ウェイ動力分割システム(3)を更に有する、デュアル駆動機構。
- 前記3ウェイ動力分割システムは、遊星ギヤシステム(3)又は差動装置を含む、請求項1に記載のデュアル駆動機構。
- 前記遊星ギヤシステム(3)は、
−前記ギヤボックス(5)により駆動される外向きの歯を有する中央ギヤ(6)と、
−前記電源により駆動される内向きの歯を有する外輪ギヤ(7)と、
−前記油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させる、前記中央ギヤ(6)及び前記外輪ギヤ(7)と咬合する1つ以上の遊星ギヤ(9)を保持する遊星キャリヤ(8)とを有する、請求項2に記載のデュアル駆動機構。 - 前記補機用電動機(10)は、前記外輪ギヤ(7)に設けられる前記外向きの歯と咬合するウォームギヤ(11)を駆動させる、請求項3に記載のデュアル駆動機構。
- 前記電動機(10)は自動車電池により動力供給される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のデュアル駆動機構。
- 前記電動機を制御可能な電子制御装置(13)を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のデュアル駆動機構。
- 前記ギヤボックス(5)の出力部の回転速度を検出する、前記電子制御装置(13)に接続される速度センサ(14)を含む、請求項6に記載のデュアル駆動機構。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の、油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させる前記デュアル駆動機構を制御する方法であって、
−前記油圧ポンプ(2)に最小流量値Qmを設定するステップと、
−前記車速を検出するステップと、
−前記検出された車速を処理するステップであって、前記検出された車速を基準速度値と比較することによって、前記車速が低速のため単独では前記油圧ポンプ(2)を前記最小流量まで駆動させることができない第1の動作モードIで前記自動車が動作しているのか、又は前記車速が単独で少なくとも前記最小流量値Qmを十分に達成できる第2の動作モードIIで動作しているのかを判定するステップと、
−前記遊星ギヤシステム(3)の動作を制御して、前記自動車が前記第1の動作モードIで走行しているときに前記補機用電動機が前記油圧ポンプ(2)を前記ギヤボックス(5)の出力部と組み合わせて駆動させ、前記自動車が前記第2の動作モードIIで走行しているときに少なくとも前記ギヤボックス(5)の出力部が前記油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させるステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記ギヤボックス(5)は、前記自動車が前記第2の動作モードIIで走行しているときに前記油圧ポンプ(2)を単独で駆動させる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車が前記第2の動作モードIIで走行しているときは、前記ギヤボックス(5)の出力部と逆方向に制御される前記電動機(10)とを組み合わせて前記油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動させる、請求項8に記載の方法。
