Abstract
Description
− 電気ケーブルの少なくとも一部分が、中間部分内に挿入され、
− このケーブルが、封止部を用いて電気コネクタに接続され、
− このアセンブリが、ベースプレートにあるオリフィスの周囲に耐漏洩の形で取り付けられたケーシング内に挿入され、この中間部分が、迅速連結結合によって、コネクタがベースプレートにあるオリフィスからタンクの外部に出るように、ケーシングに固締される。

Claims (13)
- 内容積を画定する壁と、
前記内容積内に配置された電気構成要素と、
前記構成要素をタンクの外部にある電圧源に接続することを可能とする少なくとも1本の電気ケーブルであって、前記電気ケーブルの少なくとも一部分が、前記タンクの前記壁にある開口上に取り付けられるベースプレートに連結された中間部分内に挿入される、少なくとも1本の電気ケーブルと、
を備える内燃機関排気ガス液体添加剤貯蔵タンクにおいて、
前記ベースプレートが、前記ベースプレートにあるオリフィスの周囲に耐漏洩の形で取り付けられたケーシングを組み込み、前記ケーシング内に、前記中間部分が迅速連結結合によって固締され、前記中間部分がまた、前記電気ケーブルが封止部を用いて耐漏洩の形で接続される電気コネクタ備え、前記コネクタが、前記ベースプレートにある前記オリフィスから前記タンクの外部に出、前記封止部が、前記中間部と前記コネクタとの間、かつ/または前記中間部分のハウジング内に挿入される、内燃機関排気ガス液体添加剤貯蔵タンク。 - 前記ベースプレートによって閉じられる前記開口が、前記タンクの下側壁に位置すること、および
前記ベースプレートが、前記添加剤を循環させることができる少なくとも1つのオリフィスを介して前記タンクと連通し、渦流ポットとして働くチャンバまたは中空部分を介して前記タンクの内側まで延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンク。 - 前記ケーシングが、前記ベースプレートと一体部片として成形される、請求項1または2に記載のタンク。
- 前記電気構成要素が、可撓性加熱器である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記ケーブルが、フッ素重合体によって鎧装され、シリコーン樹脂コーティングが施されたステンレス鋼ケーブルである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記電圧源に対する前記接続が、前記耐漏洩ケーシング内に少なくとも部分的に組み込まれた前記コネクタと相補関係にあるコネクタを用いて行われる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記ケーブルが、前記コネクタの電気接点に圧着される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記中間部分を前記ケーシングに耐漏洩の形で連結するための補助封止部を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記中間部分が、2本のケーブル用の、それぞれが波状(環状)部分を備える封止部を装備した2つのハウジングを備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記迅速連結結合が、前記中間部分の外面にある溝と、前記ケーシングの内面にある相補チャネルとが関与するクリップ固締である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のタンク用のベースプレートであって、前記ベースプレートにあるオリフィスの周囲に耐漏洩の形で取り付けられ、迅速連結結合によって中間部分を固締することができ、かつ電気コネクタを受けるように適した寸法および形状を有するケーシングを組み込む、ベースプレート。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のタンクを製造する方法であって、
− 前記電気ケーブルの少なくとも一部分が、前記中間部分内に挿入され、
− 前記ケーブルが、前記封止部を用いて耐漏洩の形で前記電気コネクタに接続され、
− 前記アセンブリが、前記ケーシング内に挿入され、前記中間部分が、迅速連結結合によって、前記コネクタが前記ベースプレートにある前記オリフィスから前記タンクの外部に出るように、前記ケーシングに固締される、方法。 - 前記電気ケーブル/中間部分/コネクタアセンブリが、前記電気構成要素を前記タンク内に取り付ける前に、前記構成要素に接続される、請求項12に記載の方法。
