Abstract
【解決手段】本発明が適用された静電容量型タッチパネルは、透明樹脂基材2と、透明樹脂基材2の表面に形成された透明樹脂層3と、透明樹脂基材2の裏面の外縁部に形成された加飾印刷層5と、透明樹脂基材2の裏面及び加飾印刷層5にわたって覆うように形成された反り防止層7とを備える。

Description
図1(A)及び図1(B)に示すように、本発明が適用された静電容量型タッチパネル10は、上部構造であるトッププレート1と、トッププレート1の裏面側に配置される下部構造である透明電極層8及び絶縁層を具備したジャンパ配線層12とを備える。
本発明が適用された静電容量型タッチパネル10の動作原理を説明するために、タッチパネルに用いられる従来のトッププレートの構造について説明する。
反りの測定に用いたトッププレートは、PC樹脂+PMMA樹脂素材(MRS58W、297mm×210mm×0.8mm、三菱ガス化学製)を用いた。各層の厚さは、PC樹脂層が0.7mm、PMMA樹脂層が0.1mmである。
実施例と同じ構成のPC樹脂+PMMA樹脂素材に、アクリル系樹脂塗料を塗布しないトッププレート試料を作成した。
表1及び図4に測定結果を示す。
Claims (5)
- 透明樹脂基材と、
上記透明樹脂基材の一方の面に形成された異なる材質からなる透明樹脂層と、
上記透明樹脂基材の他方の面の外縁部に形成された加飾印刷層と、
上記透明樹脂基材の他方の面及び上記加飾印刷層にわたって覆うように形成された反り防止層とを備える静電容量型タッチパネル。 - 上記透明樹脂基材の線膨張係数は、上記透明樹脂層の線膨張係数とは異なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電容量型タッチパネル。
- 上記反り防止層の線膨張係数は、上記透明樹脂層の線膨張係数と同程度であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電容量型タッチパネル。
- 上記反り防止層は、アクリル系樹脂によって形成され、
上記反り防止層の厚さは、3μm〜55μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の静電容量型タッチパネル。 - 上記反り防止層の厚さは、5μm〜35μmであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の静電容量型タッチパネル。
