Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for article transportation which is made of a plastic corrugated cardboard and can prevent access to a stored article from the outside during transportation.SOLUTION: A plastic corrugated cardboard is formed by heating and then folding a side-part protrusion piece 33 on a lid body 3 composed of a plate of a plastic corrugated cardboard and attaching a connection part 31 of the lid body 3 to a box body 2 with machine screws so that an opening of the lid body 3 is freely openable and closable. The configuration prevents deflection of the lid part 30 due to the side-part protrusion piece 33 although the lid body 3 is composed of a flexible plastic corrugated cardboard and thereby inhibits peeping or taking out the stored contents.

Description

The present invention relates to an article transportation case used for storing and transporting terminal devices such as electronic devices, storage media, documents, and the like.

Conventionally, when goods are transported in a company, a reusable case called “pass box” is used. For example, when transporting documents from one department to another in a company, store them in a pass box so that they are not scattered, or use a tablet device that is difficult to determine what to use at a glance. It can be stored and used for the purpose of tagging and managing outside the case, and the contents can be easily stacked for storage by storing items with inconsistent external shapes. It is used for various purposes.

In addition, because of the advantages such as light weight, low cost, and ease of processing, the cardboard is often made of plastic cardboard.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a pass box having a configuration that can be easily folded and assembled in order to save the storage space of the pass box itself when not in use. Patent Document 2 discloses a technology related to an IC chip holder including a main plate having an IC chip for discriminating the contents of the box and the like, and a sub-plate having a winding portion around which an antenna is wound around the main plate. In this document, a box having a lid is shown, and a key portion is formed at the free end of the lid, and this is connected to the edge of the frame material provided at the opening of the box. A method for fixing the lid by combining them is described.

However, in the pass box configuration of Patent Document 1, there is nothing that closes the opening, and it is easy to access the contents such as taking out what is stored by a third party. Not suitable for. Moreover, although patent document 2 is disclosing the goods transport case provided with a cover body, the key part which a cover body comprises only engages with a frame material so that a cover body may not open, and the content by a third party Is easy to access and is very problematic in terms of security. Even if the lid is locked so that it does not open on the lock or the like, when the lid is made of plastic cardboard, for example, the lid 3 formed of plastic cardboard has flexibility as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is easy to bend, and the articles stored in the box 2 can be easily seen from the outside through the gap generated by bending the lid 3, and depending on the size of the contents, it is taken out to the outside. There is a risk that even this will be possible.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is an article transport case comprising a lid and a box made of a plastic corrugated board material that is inexpensive and easy to process, and the contents to be stored in the article transport case It is an object of the present invention to provide an article transport case capable of preventing inadvertent access by a third party.

The article transport case of the present invention comprises a box having an opening and a lid attached to the box and capable of closing the opening so as to be openable and closable. The case and the lid are made of a plastic cardboard material, the opening of the box is formed in a rectangular shape, and the lid is openable and closable with the box. A connecting portion for connecting is formed, and further, with the free end side of the lid facing the connecting portion as a front surface, the front and side surfaces protrude toward the box body at three locations, and the front surface of the box body and A protruding piece is formed so as to cover both side surfaces.

Furthermore, in the article transport case according to the present invention, the protruding piece is a bent piece integrally formed with the lid body by bending heat processing.

According to the present invention, while being inexpensive and very easy to mold, the lid is bent with respect to a conventional article case made of plastic corrugated cardboard which has been easily accessible. Even if it does, access to the articles | goods accommodated easily cannot be performed, and the article | item transport case with high security can be provided.

The form for implementing this invention is demonstrated below. Of course, it is needless to say that the present invention can be easily applied to configurations other than those described in the present embodiment without departing from the spirit of the invention.

The article transport case in the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the article transport case 1 includes a box 2 and a lid 3 that are substantially rectangular in plan view. The lid 3 is integrally formed with a connecting portion 31, a front protruding piece 32, and a side protruding piece 33 along four sides forming the outer shape. The connecting portion 31 of the lid 3 is attached to the box 2 and is configured to be openable and closable with the front protruding piece 32 as a free end. Corners 4 are provided at the four corners of the opening of the box 2. The box body 2 and the lid body 3 are formed by processing a plastic cardboard material. Reference numeral 6 denotes a buckle, and a buckle (female) 61 is attached to the box 2 and a buckle (male) 62 is attached to the lid 3 via a belt. The part is closed by the lid part 30 of the lid 3.

FIG. 2 shows a development view of the box 2. The box 2 includes a bottom plate 20, a front plate 21 a that is a peripheral wall on the front side of the box 2, a back plate 2 b 1 that is also a peripheral wall, and a side surface 23, and the front plate 21 a or the back plate 21 b and the side plate 23 are fixed. Then, a fixing piece 22 for forming a box shape is extended from the side plate 21. 2 is bent in the same direction, the fixing piece 22 is arranged so as to be inside the side plate 23, and fixed by appropriate means such as screws or adhesives, the front plate 21a and the back plate 21b, and A box body 2 having two side plates 23 as peripheral walls is formed. The front plate 21a and the back plate 21b have different names for the sake of convenience, but have the same shape.

FIG. 3 shows the lid 3. The lid 3 has a flat lid 30 for closing the opening of the box 2, and the lid 30, the connecting portion 31, the front projecting piece 32, and the side projecting piece 33 are integrally formed. Is done. Further, by bending the broken line shown in FIG. 3 in the same direction, as described above, the connecting portion 31 that becomes the joint portion with the box 2 and the front protruding piece that attaches the buckle (male) 62 and closes the front of the box 2. 32 and a side protruding piece 33 that covers the side of the box 2 are formed integrally with the lid 30.

4 shows the frame 5, FIG. 4 (a) is a perspective view showing the frame 5, and FIG. 4 (b) is a cross-sectional view of the frame 5 along the line AA shown in FIG. 4 (a). . Unlike the plastic corrugated board material, the frame 5 is made of a plate-like resin such as plastic having no space inside, and has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional view as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). The frame inner wall 51 of the frame 5 is formed and fitted to the opening side end portions of the front plate 21a, the back plate 21b, and the side plate 23 of the box 2, and fixed by appropriate means such as screws or adhesives. In addition, the longitudinal dimension of the frame 5 is appropriately adjusted according to the dimensions of the front plate 21a, the back plate 21b, and the side plate 23.

5 shows the corner portion 4, FIG. 5 (a) is a perspective view showing the corner portion 4, and FIG. 4 (b) is a cross section of the corner portion 4 along the line BB shown in FIG. 4 (a). FIG. The corner portion 4 is made of the same material as that of the frame 5, and has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional view like the frame 5. In the corner portion 4, the base 42 is bent at 90 degrees, and a protruding piece 41 is formed along the outside of the base 42 formed in a substantially U shape. Similar to the frame 5, the corner inner wall 43 is fitted to the four corners of the opening of the box 2 formed by the fixed piece 22, the front plate 21a, the back plate 21b, and the side plate 23, such as screws and adhesives. Fix by appropriate means.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the box body 2, FIG. 6 (a) shows the box body 2 before the frame 5 and the corner portion 4 are assembled, and FIG. 6 (b) shows the assembled body. The frame 5 is fitted to the end of the opening of the box 2 in which the front plate 21a or the back plate 21b and the side plate 23 are fixed by the fixing piece 22, and the corner 4 is the end of the four corners of the opening of the box 2. As shown in FIG. 6B, the entire periphery of the opening of the box body 2 is covered with the corner portion 4 and the frame 5. Note that the corner portion 4 and the frame 5 are appropriately fixed by a fixing means such as an adhesive or a screw as described above.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid 3 is attached to the box 2 shown in FIG. Here, when the side on which the connecting portion 31 is disposed is the rear surface and the side on which the buckle 61 facing the front surface is the front surface, a description will be given of fixing an adhesive, a screw or the like to the back plate 21b of the box 2. The connecting part 31 of the lid 3 is fixed by means. Accordingly, the lid 3 can be opened and closed with the bent portion of the connecting portion 31 as a fulcrum. A buckle (female) 61 is attached to the front plate 21a facing the back plate 21b of the box 2 to which the connecting portion 31 is attached. Further, a buckle (male) 62 is attached in the vicinity of the front protruding piece 32 on the side facing the connecting portion 31 of the lid 3. The buckle (female) 61 and the buckle (male) 62 are appropriately positioned so that they can be fitted to each other. With such a configuration, the opening of the box 2 can be closed / opened by the lid 30 of the lid 3, and the buckle (male) 61 is fitted to the buckle (female) 61 in the closed state to close the lid. Opening of the opening of the box 2 due to easy detachment of the body 3 can be prevented.

According to the article transport case having the above-described configuration, the side projecting piece 33 is formed on the lid 3 to improve the strength in the surface direction of the lid 30 and the lid 30 bends. It is possible to prevent the contents from being seen or taken out by a third party.

Further, by protecting the side portion of the lid body 3 by projecting the protruding pieces 41 from the corner portions 4 arranged at the four corners of the opening portion of the box body 2, a gap is generated between the box body 2 and the lid body 3. However, it is possible to prevent the articles stored in the box body 2 from being looked into or taken out to the outside easily. Further, at the corner portion 4, the four corners of the box body 2, that is, the side plate including the fixed piece 22 can be prevented. By integrally covering adjacent portions, the bending of the box body 2 can be suppressed.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which the connecting portion 31, the front protruding piece 32, and the side protruding piece 33 of the lid 3 are bent. After the vicinity of the part to be folded of the lid 3 which is a plastic corrugated cardboard material is heated to about 80 ° C. to 120 ° C., it is placed on the work table 200 and pressed against the folding portion 100 to form the front folded piece 32 or the like. When the other bent pieces are bent and left to be flat and left to cool naturally, the flap can be moved up and down from each folding position of the medium 3. On the contrary, it was discovered that the bending angle is determined by the bending portion 100 shown in FIG. 9 immediately after the heat bending, and when the pressed state is kept at room temperature for about 1 to 3 minutes, the angle is fixed. That is, it is possible to maintain the state in which each bent piece of the lid 3 is bent by cooling while maintaining the angle. Not only the lid 3 but also the box 2 made of the same material, the front plate 21a, the back plate 21b, the side plate 23 and the fixed piece 22 are formed into a box shape by bending and cooling after heating as described above. May be.

As mentioned above, although the Example of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various deformation | transformation implementation is possible within the range of the summary of this invention. For example, the connecting portion 31, the front protruding piece 32, and the side protruding piece 33 of the lid body 3 are bent pieces formed integrally with the lid portion 30. It may be formed by fixing with an adhesive or the like.
