Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態のダンパ装置100は、一対の第1プレート10と、開口部26を含む第2プレート20と、第1プレート10と第2プレート20との間に設けられた弾性部材60と、開口部26の内側に位置する第1部分33と、開口部26の外側に位置する第2部分34とを含む第3プレート30とを備える。そして、第1部分33と開口部26の内側の端面とは、互いに当接可能に構成されており、ダンパ装置100は、第1部分33と開口部26の内側の端面とが互いに当接した場合に、第1プレート10および第3プレート30と第2プレート20との回転軸Ax回りの相対的な回転の範囲が制限されるように構成されている。

Claims (8)
- 回転軸の軸方向に互いに離間した位置に設けられ、前記回転軸に対して交差した状態で前記回転軸回りに互いに一体的に回転可能に構成された一対の第1プレートと、
前記一対の第1プレートの間に位置する部分を含むとともに開口部が設けられ、前記回転軸に対して交差した状態で前記回転軸回りに回転可能に構成された第2プレートと、
前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの間に設けられ、少なくとも前記回転軸の周方向に弾性的に変形する弾性部材と、
前記第2プレートの前記開口部の内側に位置し、前記一対の第1プレートに前記軸方向の両側から挟みこまれた状態で結合される第1部分と、前記第2プレートの前記開口部の外側に位置し、外部に取り付けられる第2部分とを含み、前記回転軸に対して交差した状態で前記回転軸回りに回転可能に構成された第3プレートとを備え、
前記第1部分と前記開口部の内側の端面とは、互いに当接可能に構成されており、前記第1部分と前記端面とが互いに当接した場合に、前記第1プレートおよび前記第3プレートと前記第2プレートとの前記回転軸回りの相対的な回転の範囲が制限されるように構成されている、ダンパ装置。 - 前記端面は、前記第1部分と前記周方向に対向する対向領域を含み、
前記第1部分は、前記対向領域の前記軸方向の一方側の端部と他方側の端部との間に位置するように設けられている、請求項1に記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記一対の第1プレートの少なくとも一方と、前記一対の第1プレートの間に位置する前記第2プレートの部分とは、ベアリングを介して前記回転軸回りに互いに相対的に回転可能に構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記第2部分は、環状に形成されており、
前記第1部分は、前記第2部分から前記回転軸の半径方向の内側に突出するように設けられており、
前記第2部分の前記第1部分よりも前記半径方向の外側の部分には、第1補強部が設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記第2部分は、環状に形成されており、
前記第1部分は、前記第2部分から前記回転軸の半径方向の内側に突出するように設けられており、
前記第2部分の前記半径方向の内側の端部には、第2補強部が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記第1部分に対応する前記第2プレートの部分には、第3補強部が設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記第2プレートに設けられたトルクリミッタ部をさらに備え、
前記弾性部材および前記トルクリミッタ部は、それぞれ、前記第3プレートの前記第1部分に対して、前記回転軸の半径方向の内側および外側に設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記端面は、前記第1部分と前記周方向に対向する対向領域を含み、
前記第1部分は、前記対向領域の前記軸方向の一方側の端部と他方側の端部との間の略中央に位置するように設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置。
