Claims (7)
- 噴射孔形成部材の表面に形成された凹部と、前記凹部の内側に出口が開口し前記噴射孔形成部材の裏面に入口が開口する燃料噴射孔とを有する燃料噴射弁の製造方法において、
プレス加工で前記凹部を形成する凹部加工工程と、前記凹部加工工程の後にウォータージェットレーザー加工で前記燃料噴射孔を形成する燃料噴射孔加工工程とを実行することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁の製造方法において、
前記凹部加工工程と前記燃料噴射孔加工工程との間に、前記噴射孔形成部材の裏面に、弁体が当接する弁座が設けられる弁座構成面を形成する弁座構成面加工工程を実行することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁の製造方法において、
前記燃料噴射孔加工工程で加工される燃料噴射孔の入口は前記弁座構成面上に開口していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁の製造方法において、
前記凹部加工工程で複数の凹部をプレス加工し、前記燃料噴射孔加工工程で前記複数の凹部のそれぞれにウォータージェットレーザー加工で前記燃料噴射孔の側壁面を加工することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の製造方法。 - 噴射孔形成部材の表面に形成された凹部と、前記凹部の内側に出口が開口し前記噴射孔形成部材の裏面に入口が開口する燃料噴射孔とを有する燃料噴射弁において、
プレス加工で形成された前記凹部と、ウォータージェットレーザー加工で形成された前記燃料噴射孔とを備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃料噴射孔の入口は前記弁座構成面上に開口していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項6に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凹部を複数備え、複数の前記凹部のそれぞれに一つずつ形成された前記燃料噴射孔を複数備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
