- 電池が搭載された電動車両が備えるインレットに対して結合と分離とが可能であって電力系統の配電網との間に電路が形成されるコネクタと、
前記コネクタに設けられた第1の端子と第2の端子との間に挿入され、前記コネクタが前記インレットに対して結合状態であるときにオンになり分離状態であるときにオフになるスイッチと、
前記スイッチがオンである期間に通電するように前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子とを含む電路に接続された第1の電源と、
前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との少なくとも一方の電気的状態を監視し、前記スイッチがオンかオフかの判断結果を表す監視信号を出力する判断回路とを備える
