Abstract
【解決手段】2つの接合部材1、2の互いの端面1a、2aを摩擦圧接によって接合した接合体100は、2つの接合部材1、2のうち少なくとも一方に形成され、2つの接合部材1、2の接合面3に開口する中空部4、5と、中空部4、5の内周面であって接合面3から軸方向に離間した位置に環状に形成される溝部7、8と、を備える。

Claims (8)
- 2つの接合部材の互いの端面を摩擦圧接によって接合した接合体であって、
前記2つの接合部材のうち少なくとも一方に形成され、前記2つの接合部材の前記接合面に開口する中空部と、
前記中空部の内周面であって前記接合面から軸方向に離間した位置に環状に形成される溝部と、
を備えることを特徴とする接合体。 - 前記溝部は、前記摩擦圧接によって前記中空部内に生じるビードに近接して配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接合体。 - 前記溝部は、前記摩擦圧接によって一方の前記接合部材に生じる寄り代と、前記摩擦圧接によって一方の前記中空部内に生じるビードの軸方向寸法と、を加算した寸法だけ前記端面から離間した位置に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接合体。 - 前記中空部が設けられる前記接合部材は中実の部材であり、
前記中空部は、前記接合面の軸心部が軸方向に窪むように形成される凹部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の接合体。 - 前記中空部が設けられる前記接合部材は中空の部材である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の接合体。 - 前記中空部は、前記2つの接合部材の両方に設けられ、
前記溝部は、前記2つの接合部材のうち、少なくとも材料強度の低い方の前記中空部に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の接合体。 - 前記溝部の断面は円弧形状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の接合体。 - 前記接合体はピストンロッドであり、
前記2つの接合部材は、それぞれロッド本体とロッドヘッドである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の接合体。
