Abstract
【解決手段】燃料タンク14内には、満タン規制バルブ24のフロート44に向かう開弁方向の流量増大により、気体の流路の断面積を減少させる断面積可変バルブ60が設けられる。断面積可変バルブ60の貫通流路64Cとフロート44の間に障壁部50Aが設けられる。

Claims (4)
- 内部に燃料を収容可能な燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンク内の蒸発燃料を吸着剤により吸着すると共に蒸発燃料吸着後の気体を大気開放するキャニスタと、
前記燃料タンク内に設けられ、前記燃料タンク内の燃料液面があらかじめ設定された満タン液位に達するとフロートが燃料に浮くことで閉弁する満タン規制バルブと、
前記満タン規制バルブを介して前記燃料タンクと前記キャニスタとを連通すると共に、制御により開閉可能な封鎖弁が設けられた連通配管と、
前記燃料タンク内から作用するタンク内圧が増大すると前記フロートに向かって流れる気体の流路の断面積を小さくする断面積可変バルブと、
前記断面積可変バルブにおける前記流路と前記フロートとの間に位置し断面積可変バルブからフロートへの気流の直接的な当接を抑制する抑制部材と、
を有する燃料タンク構造。 - 前記断面積可変バルブが、
前記抑制部材よりも前記流路の上流側で流路を隔てると共に、開口部が形成された隔壁と、
前記隔壁よりも前記流路の上流側で、前記隔壁から離間した離間状態から前記タンク内圧の増大により隔壁に接触した接触状態へと移動可能で、前記離間状態で前記開口部を開放し、前記接触状態で開口部を部分的に閉塞する断面積可変バルブ本体と、
を有する請求項1に記載の燃料タンク構造。 - 前記抑制部材が、
前記流路と前記フロートの間に位置する障壁部と、
前記障壁部から立設され前記フロートの周囲を囲む側壁部と、
を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料タンク構造。 - 前記障壁部に形成され障壁部上の燃料を流下させる流下孔、を有する請求項3に記載の燃料タンク構造。
