Description

The present invention relates to a method for installing a branching device on a track rail and a sleeper used for installing a new branching device on a branching vehicle transporter that has been brought into the field at a branching device installation position from which an old branching device has been removed on a trackway. It relates to a hanging bracket.

。   In order to install a new branching device in place of the old branching device, a new branching device is assembled at a location away from the branching device installation location (the old branching device has been removed) due to the difficulty of securing the work place. For example, a new branching device is transported to the installation site by a transport vehicle described in Patent Document 1 or 2, and is separately prepared by lowering it on the roadbed by a crane device provided in the transport vehicle or a separately prepared crane. The crane is installed at a branching unit installation position where the old branching unit is removed using a crane vehicle or a large-sized Yamakoshi device that is heavy (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-121408

However, the prior art described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 uses a method of lifting a branching device using a crane truck or a crane device at the installation site and installing it at the installation site. It must be transported to the site where it is installed, and installation costs including its (heavy equipment) transport and usage fees are incurred. Also, even if a rail Yamakoshi device is used, since it uses the lateral movement of the chain block, it must be transported to a position adjacent to the installation location by a carrier (transport) vehicle. When there was no rail laid up to, there was a restriction in use that could not be carried out.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and can save labor in installation work and can reduce costs both in terms of equipment and personnel, and a method of installing a branching device on a track rail and sleepers It aims at providing a hanging metal fitting.

In order to achieve the above object, in the method for installing a branching device in a track rail according to the present invention, at least a plurality of branching device vehicles traveling at appropriate intervals on the track rail are arranged in parallel on sleepers. A step of loading a branching device having rails along a pair of straight lines, a sleeper hanging bracket fixed to a sleeper on which the pair of rails constituting the branching device are installed, and a sleeper hanging bracket fixed to the sleeper The balance rail assembly process for removably assembling the balance rail, and the old branching device is removed and a plurality of rail Yamakoshi devices are installed in parallel along the traveling direction of the branching device transporter. And a step of moving the branching machine loaded with the branching device to a branching device installation location where a plurality of rail mountain crossing devices are installed, and the branching device is moved to the rail mountain with the movement. The balance rail assembled on the upper part of the sleeper bracket is sequentially hooked to the rail catches of the chain blocks provided in each rail Yamakoshi, and the rail Yamakoshi from the turner carrier vehicle side. A step of delivering the branching device to the device side, and a step of lowering the branching device to the branching device installation location by operating a chain block provided in each rail Yamakoshi device.
Moreover, the sleeper suspension fitting according to the present invention used in the method of installing the branching device in the track rail includes a beam portion, a pair of clamping frames, a first clamp bolt, a second clamp bolt, and a balance rail receiving portion. The balance rail pressing piece and the third clamp bolt, the beam portion being longer than the width of the cross section of the sleeper, and provided with shaft portions for rotatably supporting the pair of holding frames on both sides thereof The first bolt hole for screwing the first clamp bolt for pressing the sleeper in the vertical direction is provided between the shaft portions, and the pair of holding frames are longer than the vertical width of the cross section of the sleeper and are lower. Has a lower side support that extends inward and abuts against the lower side of the sleeper, while the upper part is pivotally attached to the shafts on both sides of the beam part. To hold in the direction A second bolt hole into which the second clamp bolt is screwed is provided, and by rotating the tip end portion of the second clamp bolt against the left and right side surfaces of the beam portion respectively, Each sleeper is moved toward the sleeper, and the sleeper is clamped from both the left and right sides by a pair of clamping frames, and the first clamp bolt is rotated from the upper and lower sides by the front end portion and the lower side support portion of each of the pair of clamping frames. While holding the sleeper, place the balance rail on the balance rail receiving part, insert the third clamp bolt into the bolt hole of the balance rail receiving part and the bolt hole of the balance rail pressing piece, and tighten it to receive the balance rail. The balance rail is detachably assembled between the upper surface of the portion and the pressing surface of each balance rail pressing piece.
Here, it is preferable that the lower side support portions of the pair of holding frames are each provided with a sharp protrusion that has a sharp tip and protrudes upward and pierces the lower side of the sleeper.

According to the installation method of the branching device and the sleeper suspension fitting in the track rail according to the present invention, by providing a rail catch with a roller at the tip of a chain block provided in a lightweight rail mountain-going device that can be carried in manually, Since the branching device is installed by feeding the branching device vertically (feeding along the longitudinal direction of the rail) using the roller of the rail catch with roller, it is necessary to carry in equipment by a large machine (heavy equipment) Therefore, the installation work of the branching device can be performed at a low cost regardless of the location.
In particular, according to the method of installing the branching device and the sleeper hanging bracket in the track rail according to the present invention, instead of lifting the rail of the branching device, to lift the sleeper on which the branching device is installed, Even if it is difficult to lift the head of the rail due to different locations, the branching device can be lifted without any problem.

(A), (b) It is a front view which shows operation | movement until a sleeper hanging bracket clamps a sleeper, respectively.

The method of installing the branching device in the track rail according to the present invention is such that the branching device A is loaded onto a plurality (three in the embodiment) of the branching device transporter C arranged at an appropriate interval on the existing track rail. And a straight first basic rail A1 of the branching device A, a first tongue rail A2 substantially parallel to the first basic rail A1, and an inclined second basic rail A1 ′. The steps of assembling the balance rail 3 detachably through the spar are performed in succession.

The branching device A shown in the figure (for example, shown in FIG. 3) is a first and second Tongler A2, A2 integrated with a first crossing between the first and second basic rails A1, A1 ′. ', And each of these rails A1, A1'. A2 and A2 'are connected by sleepers B, and, as will be described later, the installation work is performed by using the straight shape of the first basic rail A1 and the second basic rail A1' on the side of the tongrel A2.

This branching device A may be assembled at the factory and transported to the site using a crane vehicle. However, in general, even if a crane vehicle is used, it is limited to transporting it to the open space near the railroad crossing. is there. Therefore, it is common to obtain the branching device A by assembling at the location.

In order to load the roadside branching device A on an appropriate number (for example, three) of the branching device carrier C, each rail A1, A1 '. The branching device A is moved laterally by using a well-known Yamakoshi device for laterally moving the rail provided with a hook-like rail catch that is hooked to an appropriate one of A2 and A2 '. Of course, if allowed, there is no inconvenience even if another means is used such as lifting with a crane.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, etc., the branching device transporter C has a vehicle body C2 provided with a platform C1 that occupies a space area in which the branching device A is laid, and a pair of wheels C3 and C3. However, it is not always inconvenient to use an automatic type equipped with a power source.

In the embodiment, before the operation (step) of loading the branching device A over the branching device transporter C, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 13, the first basic rail A1 constituting the branching device A, the first The balance rail 3 is assembled to the sleeper B on which the one ton gray rail A2 and the second basic rail A1 ′ are placed by using the required number of sleeper hanging fittings 1 described later.

As described above, this assembling work may be performed in parallel with the loading work of the branching device A on the branching vehicle C. However, if it is performed before the loading work, it is necessary to perform on the roadbed where the scaffolding is unstable. Since there is no, safety can be secured.

As the balance rail 3, a rail material for a track having an appropriate length is used as it is. This is because the catch 400 with a roller of the chain block 4 (FIGS. 4 and 5) can be used as it is and can be lifted. In FIGS. 4 and 4, reference numeral 300 denotes a head of the balance rail 3, 301 denotes a leg portion of the balance rail 3, and 400A denotes a roller of the catch 400 with a roller. Here, the head portion 300 of the balance rail 3 serves as a latching portion, and the leg portion 301 serves as an assembly portion. In addition, the chain block 4 and catch 400 with a roller used for a Yamakoshi device are well-known.

(Branch A is loaded on the Branch Car C)
First, the branching device A is loaded onto a plurality (three in the embodiment) of the branching vehicle transporter C arranged at an appropriate interval on the existing track rail.

(Mounting of sleeper 1 to sleeper B)
Next, when this sleeper suspension fitting 1 is fixed to sleeper B, the first clamp bolts 13 and 13 and the second clamp bolts 14 and 14 are loosened in advance as shown in FIG. By rotating the front end portions of the second clamp bolts 14, 14 on the frame 12, 12 side against the left and right side surfaces 113, 113 of the beam portion 11, the lower ends of the pair of sandwiching frames 12, 12 are moved. The sleeper B is moved toward the sleeper B, and the sleeper B is sandwiched by the pair of sandwiching frames 12 and 12 from both the left and right sides.

Next, the first clamp bolts 13 and 13 on the beam part 11 side of the sleeper hanging metal fitting 1 are rotated so that the swivel parts 131 and 131 at the tips thereof are pressed against the upper side surface of the sleeper B, as shown in FIG. As described above, the sleeper B is clamped from both the upper and lower sides by the first clamp bolts 13 and the lower side support portions 121 and 121 of the pair of clamping frames 12 and 12, respectively.

As a result, according to the sleeper hanging bracket 1, the sleeper B can be clamped from both the left and right directions by the pair of clamping frames 12, 12 while being adjusted by the second clamp bolts 14, 14, and the first clamp bolts 13, 13 are used. Since the sleeper B is sandwiched from above and below by the first clamp bolts 13 and 13 and the lower support members 121 and 121 of the pair of sandwiching frames 12 and 12 while adjusting, the cross-sectional shape of the sleeper B and the longitudinal direction of the cross-section Even if the length is changed or a slight difference in dimension occurs in the cross section of the sleeper due to aging, the sleeper B can be fixed to the sleeper B corresponding to the change or slight difference in dimension.

Further, in this sleeper hanging bracket 1, bolt support plates 123, 123 are provided above the shaft portions 111 a of the pair of holding frames 12, 12, and the second bolt holes 122 are formed in the bolt support plates 123, 123. , 122 are provided, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), when the lower ends of the pair of holding frames 12, 12 are expanded and attached to sleepers B, the bolt support plates 123, 123 are used. The lower end portions of the pair of holding frames 12 and 12 can be opened more widely, and the attachment workability when attaching the sleeper hanging bracket 1 to the sleeper B is improved. Therefore, according to this sleeper hanging fitting 1, it is not limited to the attachment of the sleeper B having a specific shape, and the cross-sectional shape is a trapezoidal shape, a square shape, or a vertically or horizontally long rectangular shape, etc. It becomes possible to use it for the attachment of multiple types of sleepers B.

In addition, sharp tips 121a are formed at the tips of the lower side support portions 121, 121 of the pair of sandwiching frames 12, 12 so that the tips are sharply formed and protrude upward and pierce the lower side of sleeper B. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13 (b), when the first clamp bolts 13, 13 are rotated and the swivel portions 131, 131 at the tips thereof are pressed against the upper side surface of the sleeper B, the sharp protrusions 121 a are formed in the sleeper B It can be attached to sleeper B in a stable state because it digs into the lower surface of the sword or even bites it without being stabbed. However, in the present invention, provision of the sharp protrusion 121a is optional and may be omitted.

Further, at the lower ends of the pair of sandwiching frames 12 and 12, a plurality of steps (here, a plurality of upper and lower support portions 121 and 121 can be mounted in accordance with the longitudinal length of the sleeper B cross section). For convenience of explanation, for example, the number of mounting holes 124 and 124 is three, but the number is not limited to three. Therefore, even when there are a plurality of longitudinal (vertical direction) lengths of the cross section of the sleeper B to which the sleeper hanging bracket 1 is to be attached, the attachment height of the lower side support portions 121 and 121 in the pair of holding frames 12 and 12 By adjusting, the length in the vertical direction (vertical direction) can be attached corresponding to a plurality of sleepers B. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of sleeper B is square, the lower side support portions 121 and 121 are attached to the middle mounting holes 124 and 124, while in the case of vertical sleeper B having a longer vertical length than that, Lower side support portions 121 and 121 are attached to the lower mounting holes 124 and 124, and in the case of a horizontal sleeper B having a short vertical length, the lower side support portions 121 and 121 are attached to the uppermost mounting holes 124 and 124. Will be installed.

(Attaching the balance rail 3 to the sleeper hanging bracket 1)
After fixing a plurality of sleeper suspension brackets 1 to sleepers B at appropriate intervals as described above, the balance rail 3 is placed on the balance rail receiving portion 15 of each sleeper suspension bracket 1 as shown in FIGS. The third clamp bolts 17 are inserted into the bolt holes of the balance rail receiving part 15 and the bolt holes of the four balance rail pressing pieces 15 and tightened. Thereby, the leg part 301 of the balance rail 3 is clamped between the upper surface of the balance rail receiving portion 15 and the pressing surface (bottom surface) of each of the four balance rail pressing pieces 16, and the balance rail 3 is attached to the sleeper hanging bracket. 1 can be detachably fixed.

(Branch A is loaded and moved on a plurality of branch trucks C1)
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the branching device A is hung over a plurality of branching device transporting vehicles C with appropriate intervals as shown in FIG. The branching vehicle C loaded with the branching device A is moved to the site where the old branching device has been removed from the loading place.

(Appropriate number of rails Yamakoshi T are installed at the new installation location of branching device A)
At the newly installed place of the turnout, which is the place where the old turnout is removed, an appropriate number of rail Yamakoshi T,... It is installed along (in the longitudinal direction of the rail) so that the installation (installation) of the branching device A can be immediately performed. It is not always necessary to install all the required number of rail Yamakoshi Ts. The branching unit A is being transferred from the branching vehicle C side to the rail Yamakoshi T side, which is appropriately installed (the rails already arranged). It is not inconvenient to sequentially add new rail Yamakoshi T to the already arranged rail Yamakoshi T group on the Yamakoshi T side.

Rail Yamakoshi unit T (known), as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support legs T 1 of the longitudinal ends, provided with a crane T2 having a running path to the top surface, the crane T2 is traveling path It is provided with two chain blocks 4 and 4 that move freely.

(Delivery of turnout A from turnout carrier C to rail Yamakoshi T)
When the earliest branching device transporter C reaches the branching device installation location from which the old branching device has been removed (FIG. 1 (a)), the first branching device transporter vehicle C in the traveling direction includes the longitudinal direction of the branching device A. One end of the rail is longer than the disengagement distance to the rail catch 400 of the rail Yamakoshi T, which is arranged closest to the dead center from the dead center position of the track rail where the branching vehicle C can move forward. It is protruding. Therefore, the protruding portion at one end in the longitudinal direction of the branching device A is located above the rail catch 400 with a roller of the chain block 4 arranged at the position along with the movement of the branching vehicle C (FIG. 1B). In this state, when the tip portion is lifted by operating the chain block 4, the tip portion is disposed at a substantially normal position. In this state, the earliest transport vehicle is stopped by a brake or the like.

Then, when another branching device transporter C is moved in this state, the balance rail 3 positioned on the branching unit A loaded on the branching unit transporting vehicle C is brought into sliding contact with the roller 400A of the rail catch 400 with a roller. Guided according to the rolling of the roller 400A, the next stage Yamakoshi T is placed on the rail catch 400 of the next stage Yamakoshi T by the same operation as described above. At that time, the branching vehicle C that has moved to the forward dead center position stops.

And the said front-end | tip part is sequentially sent to the rail Yamakoshi T, ... arranged side by side in the moving direction by the branching-equipment transporter C in the next stage (FIG. 1 (c)), and finally the branching-unit transporting vehicle C. The branching device A that is loaded and loaded is supported by the rail catches 400 of the appropriate number of Yamakoshi Ts arranged in a straight line, and is placed directly above the installation location where the old branching unit was located (FIG. 1 ( d)).

During this state, the rail catch 400 of the Yamakoshi device A is loaded with a load such as the branch device A. Therefore, even if the balance rail 3 assembled to the branch device A swings, Since the position of the chain block 4 can be changed along the traveling girder T2, the transfer operation from the branching device transporter C to the rail Yamakoshi T is performed without any inconvenience.

In the present embodiment, the balance rail 3 is also arranged on the second basic rail A1 of the branching device A according to the inclination of the first basic rail A1 and the first tongs arranged along a straight line. In order to balance the load on the rail A2 side, only the balance rail 3 arranged on only two rails is arranged in parallel (like the first basic rail A1 and the first tongue rail A2). If there is no inconvenience, the load balance at the time of movement can be taken. Therefore, the balance rail 3 of the second basic rail A1 ′ portion in the embodiment may be omitted.

The balance rail of the second basic rail A1 ′ is short corresponding to the rail A1 ′ (inclined portion thereof), but the chain block that receives and supports the balance rail is inclined to move the branching device A. As described above, the balance rail according to the second basic rail A1 ′ can automatically move from the rail catch 400 of the Yamakoshi device T when it reaches the predetermined rail Yamakoshi device T position. Needless to say, it's out of the way.

In addition, the length of the balance rail 3 used for the first basic rail A1 or the like is equal to or longer than the rail (in the case of the second basic rail A1 ′, an inclined portion, that is, a portion protruding outward from the first tongue rail A2). Is more effective.

(Drop branch device A to the branch device installation location)
Then, the branching device A supported by a large number of Yamakoshi devices T,... Installed side by side at the branching device installation location is lowered to the branching device installation location by operating the chain block 4 of the Yamakoshi device T (FIGS. 2, 3). ). And the installation operation of the branching device A is complete | finished by loosening the volt | bolt 6 and removing the balance rail 3 and the sleeper hanging bracket 1.
